I was discussing with my co-employee about what the devil can do. I learned that the devil can do as what God can do e.g. healing, knowledge, wisdom, etc. except LOVE. And she asked where in the Bible did I find that. I cannot show it to her but deep in my soul I know there is a verse that will support my claim. So if there is anyone out there who knows every verse in the Bible, I need your help. Thanks.

I don't know every verse in the bible but I know that the Lord gave the devil control on things that happens in this Earth but God still is the boss what goes on. He can allow things to happen. Just like in the bible the devil wanted to test Job to see if he will pass and he was about to but God had a hedge around him. The devil said that if God moved the hedge Job would curse.God removed the hedge so the devil can test Job to see if he world curse God.In the end, Job held fast and endure and God gave him more than what he had be4.
* Just rember God knows the beginning and the end and the devil can't do anything without God's permission

okay first he only has power in your life over what you allow.
I'm pretty sure you're wrong..the verse to prove it is an example in the negative (shows things he can do by what he can't do)

Try reading the book of Revelation in the Bible...it is full of analogies & symbolism but it does portray what the devil can do. The devil is represented by the red dragon &/or the beast.
What the devil can do quite simply is deceive you into thinking evil is good...he can lead you astray...he can ruin your life....
I simply put my trust in God & let God take care of the devil. It is so much simpler & God is quite capable of doing that.

Yes true the devil does have very strong powers, thats why so many of us fall into sin because its so easy. But theirs a catch, the devil can't use any of his powers unless it is the will of God...I don't think i explained it as well as my family member did but oh well
