My girlfriend and I are having problems with some of the local people in our town because they think we are gonna go to hell because we are together. Why can't people just accept it? We're not asking them to be a lesbian.

The AA big book says if I do the steps and believe in God he will keep me sober, and remove all my character defects. I guess all those children in africa will have to wait their turn. The AA people also said my God could be a doorknob. Maybe in Africa they are out of doorknobs...?

ok well my mom has light brown eyes .
my dad has green/blue eyes .

my mom's skin is pale.
my dad's skin is pale .

my mom's hair is red.
my dad's hair is dirty blonde .

why do i have dark brown/black eyes , blondish/whitish hair and im as tan as like a mexican [ naturally ] and my eyes are slanted like a chinese person's NO JOKE . and i dont think im chinese .. or could i ....

could this be like from my great great great great great grandmother and grandfather ?

Everything is conjecture except for maybe some people who have actually died and been revived.

Most religious people would rather kill than be told there is no heaven or hell, and so they forcibly tell us their convictions that there is heaven and hell. Deep down they don't even know.

There is this girl that lives down the hall from me. She's beautiful. I really want to get to know her. I really want her. The thing is, the only time I see her is in passing. I've never even had a conversation with her. Everytime I do see her, she's on the way to something, or I'm on my way to something. I don't even know if she's into girls, but I think she is. Everytime I see her, I try to make eye contact, but she seems like she's nervous and won't look at me. I could be reading, but the way she acts around me is like when you have a crush on someone, and are nervous about being around them. I would throw her up against a wall, but I think that may be a little too forward. What I'm looking for is a way to get close to her. I need to get to know her, talk to her, but I can't. Tonight, I'm kicking myself because I was going to go to a gala tonight, but decided not to, so later, I see that she's going. I could punch a hole in a wall! Someone help me. PLEASE!

My crazy psycho yet nice neighbor across the street asked me to drop her off to tailgate before the football game here tomorrow with her friends. I gave hints that I didn't want to, like "I'll prob. be asleep but I guess I can set my alarm," but she didn't get it. I don't see why she can't drive herself except that parking will prob. be bad. I AM NOT going to just tell her no, because that would be mean, so please don't tell me to balls up and do that. Seriously, what good excuse could I call her tonight and tell her I don't want to with? Besides I'm sick or my car is broken down. (She'd know the latter b/c she lives next to me). Any suggestions?

I agree that you can feel a spirit (and we can certainly feel God's spirit if we allow ourselves to), but I do not believe that you see them. In order for something to be seen, it must be in the physical spectrum of light our eyes can see. I'm having a very hard time with people who say God is only spirit. It doesn't make sense. Yes, God is spirit, but he must also be a physical being or we wouldn't be able to see him - and Matthew promises that we will see Him one day if we are pure in heart.

Ok so the verse in the bible Galations 2:20 says "I now consider myself as having died and now I am enjoying my new existance, which is simply allowing jesus to use my body" And what that means is that When Jesus died on that cross so did I. Not in aPhysical way but spiritually. So now I know that I don't have to be sick, mad,sad, or anything of the such. Is that awesome or what!! Now I know people say but then why are we sick mad and sad. And thats because we belive it. I have seen this work in my life and others! For example, I have seen people in extreme back pain be completely healed (before my eyes mind you) I have watched people teeth turn gold and have seen and heard of so much more than this. i wanted to share this with you. if you don't belive me then read Roman, Galatians and Ephesians!
