I'm absolutely fine with that. To hell with them. If you love each other that's the most important thing!

My g/f's kids tell me i am gonna' go to hell-Don't worry what people think about you-just be yourself. How long have you lived there? Are you new to that town?Maybe you could move to a place that would accept you more-But don't let people make you live in fear-just be yourself-Hell they will either like you or not and if they don't oh well you did ok without them in your life this far!

Ok this is the thing i don't agree with same sex marriage or anything of the sort but i personally choose to not think anything less of people who do agree with it. there are good points to both sides and people shouldn't look down on you for ur belief. But think of it this way it's like not agreeing with murder(which is true for most people) and a murderer living in your community. not saying that i am comparing you to a murderer though. God Bless
P.S. I believe that if you have recieved jesus into your heart then ur going to heaven (no matter what ur doing) and if you havn't then u aren't going to heaven (that's not saying that at any time you can't recieve him and he will recieve you with open arms. he has been waiting for you and he loves you more than you can comprehend)

Sadly you're right. Lesbians or gays don't bother me. They're just people. I'm sorry you are being treated like that, but you can't change the way people think. People don't discriminate against tall people or short people, so why discriminate people because of they're sexual orientation. They're scared of people being different and just want to ignore it. All this coming from a sophomore in highschool.

I am by no means saying that you will go to Hell, but homosexuality is sinful. I think it's wrong for people to try to scare people straight (pun intended). Only faith, not works can get you into the kingdom of Heaven. However, you must realize that it is a natural reaction when threatened by something as inate a sexuality to be defensive, and even offensive. It doesn't make it right, but try to sympathize. Most have an idea of the norm, and it will be hard to break them from it. I haven't come out yet, because I know my parents will hate me. I'm not ready for that. I hate that they will think something about me is disgusting, but I understand why they would feel that way.

My best friend is a lesbian and I love her dearly. Personally I find homosexuals to be more fun whether its guy or girls. People are ignorant and will always be this way. If I were I'd have some fun with these jerks and intentionally try to freak em out. What do you have to lose they already dislike you.

There are plenty of closed-minded bigoted people and unfortunately you're not going to change them. I'd look into moving to an area that's more accepting.

how do people feel about zebras??? or chocolate for that matter you cannot give one answer for all of society. there will always be some narrow minded people who can not accept what they do not understand. ignore these people and just live your life. be proud of who you are and dont apologize to them for being you. if they cant see that you are decent people then it is their loss.

There will always be ignorant, narrow-minded people. They are probably pretty unhappy as happy people are usually too busy enjoying their own lives to waste time passing judgement on others. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this, as far as I'm concerned people are entitled to live their life anyway they choose, as long as they are not hurting anyone else.

Accept how other's feel about your relationship- don't try to change them, just as you wish they would accept you you feel. 20 years from now people will be even more open-minded than they are today. Consider yourself paving the way for a more open-minded future.
