I didn't read anyone elses answers, but I would like to give you a couple of Scriptures about who is running the world system of things...

1 John 5:19: "We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one"

1 John 2:15-17: "15 Do not be loving either the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him; 16 because everything in the world—the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the showy display of one’s means of life—does not originate with the Father, but originates with the world. 17 Furthermore, the world is passing away and so is its desire, but he that does the will of God remains forever.

John 14:30: "30 I shall not speak much with YOU anymore, for the ruler of the world is coming. And he has no hold on me, "

Your just amazing you know it ? Instead of looking at pro. mikes questions I looked at your questions and found that you support killing Innocent babies. Now your trying to blame God for killing them.Your one of the biggest hypocrites on here, but certainly not the only. You might fool your friends if you have any true ones but God sees all you do.Lady you really need to put down the front and ask God to forgive you. What exactly do you hope to prove by all of this?or can't you stand it that others are happy and your not. This is the best answer you got tonight ,because it's the truth.

i didnt reply to either his or yours,
you are playing some childish game
have you heard of freewill
you turned a question about god into a faulse premise to men
gods rules for himself or for you ,if god ran every thing as you say and others wrongly may have said dosnt mean you follow them nor others that is your choice ,freechoice
why is because one of his rules as you call them is that rule lets you choose to follow his rules or not,
you bend the rules and obvoiusly choose to follow your own deluded version of them by making them twist and turn upon your whim
god has other rules about this how you live your life here is how the rules apply from here after
you clearly dont believe in anyhereafter or you wouldnt be so quick to make rulings or judgments about rules you clearly would choose not to follow in any case
yet freely try before men to score points on
you do this of your freewill
possably there are karmic rules that will determine where you go or not but your really just being silly
i will know not to bother replying any further as any attempt to talk to you will just encourage your droll troll

Hello again, TinyPuppy! I seem to be in that Star Trek episode with the infinite loop. I just keep answering this question.

As an agnostic, the cynic in me says that all of that (if God exists) is explained by God being a gigantic jerk.

In the skeptic's annotated bible list of cruelty and violence
http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/cruelty/long.html
(which is 856 items long), item 39 is "The Lord is a man of war." Indeed, judging from his acts in the Old Testament, he is a vicious warlike monster. 15:3

I prefer to lean towards atheism, because I'd rather have no god (or gods) at all, then a god (or gods) that's mean as hell.

God is Supreme over all things...yet He loves us enough to bestow upon us a free will. Of course, since sin has rendered us imperfect, humans do stupid things. And since there is a consequence for every action, our stupid choices have ruined this world that God once called "good". Thus, the world that we are living in now is no longer good. It has fallen from what it once was; thus we are living in a fallen world. But this world will pass away anyway, so that is not so much what matters as much as YOU do. God loves you, and wants you to know Him through Jesus Christ, who is able and willing to forgive sins. God bless!

God is Lord over His creation.
God makes man and woman.
We have free-will but choose rebellion. We kill each other, commit horrible acts of indecency
God is patient, He watches, hoping people will turn back to Him
God sends His son, giving us all a chance for repentance.
Some choose repentance, others do not.
God is still patient, hoping more will be saved through His Son's sacrifice, warning people through His word and His people.
God in His own timing, punishes man-kind for their rebellion.

Ok no. God is in CONTROL of everything. God does not run everything like a Captain of a ship. He is the navigator, he tells you the right way to go and you can go that way or go the wrong friggen way and it's your own fault. Remember, just like their is a God their is a Satan, and Satans greatest feat ever was convincing people that he doesn't exist.

We have a glimpse of the marvelous ways of God revealed to us in the History of the Bible. God brought terrible plagues on Job, killed his children etc yet when the whole story is told and God revealed Himself to Job, Job repented for even thinking that God owed him an answer. God brought out a great work of good. Also Joseph. His brothers sold him into slavery and later when he became great and they thought he would take revenge he told them "You meant it for evil, God meant it for good" and we see how God preserved many people through this. Also God gave His own Son to die. Was this wrong? Yes for those who killed Him but not for god who saved many by His death. God is God ad need not even explain Himself to us. We are mere creatures of the dust.

I am pretty much convinced god doesn't exist...All except for the fact that anything is possible. But...being anything is possible, God could also be a Giant Flying Spaghetti Monster, so Pascal's gamble doesn't mean much to me.

Also, if god did exist...free will or not, it is the circumstances around someone (the one's apparently created by god) that mold people's decisions, not just the ability to make a decision (free will) itself. So if there is a god he is either having a lot of difficulty controlling his horrible little hell hole (Oh yes, some bad stuff happens here mommy doesn't want you to know) or he jsut doesn't care about the select suffering of a few innocent people. 'Free Will' can't get him out of that mess.

Blame it on Adam for eating that aweful forbidden fruit. Now we see sin in the world which produces all kinds of evil.

Take a good look at the sin in you and you may be surprised at the evil it is producing. It is more than murder. Look around you and see the world for what it truly is.
