After reading most of the responses to your question, I can understand why we have so much strife in our nation.
I Cr 13;8a

No matter what anyone says, it makes no sense at all to murder your own offspring. I don't think pro death people are really bad. I think they just haven't found their "true north yet" But this nation must repent of the 43 million abortions performed since 1973. Otherwise the judgment will hit hard.

II Chronicles 7;14,If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

I think it is capable of feeling... I still believe that a woman should be able to choose whether or not she wants the child... That is sad, because too many young women go out and become sexually irresponsible, don't want kids and go out and have the procedure without ever getting the right info about the effects it has on their bodies minds and psychological well being. If a woman does not want the kid I do not believe they should be mandated to carry it or have it... However I do think that if they are gonna go through with it one way or the other they should be properly educated and informed on the matter before they make a definite decision.

**ADDENDUM**
I think the whole process of abortion is disgusting and pretty much wrong, but I do not believe that a woman should have such an important decision made for her by outside parties that will never have to endure the individualized pains and discomforts both mental and physical that she would. It's an issue that I'm tore up on, and honestly I am personally appalled by the very concept of abortion, but am pro-choice in the matter of the womans body and mind. It's tough for me to know and understand one way or the other all the pros and cons of all the angles in that debate but I consider abortion an 'unnecessary evil' of sorts, but it's not my place to say cuz i'm a man, so I am such an infinitesimal part of that whole equation that until it is born (if it is) I think I'd need to keep my mouth shut unless I'm asked about my thoughts and opinions, or told to speak up for support.

good wingers help conflict - Is Obama a appropriate winger? he has persevered all of Bush's wars and started a clean one in Lybia. have been John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson good wingers? They began the Vietnem conflict. It grew to become right into a Republican, Richard Nixon that further an end to that conflict. Your good judgment is absurd. How can the undeniable fact that folk die in wars be a justification for toddler killing? the issue with maximum abortion advocates is they are extremists that won't be able to even see any ethical delema once you're aborting a toddler in the third trimester that would desire to be further and proceed to exist this is own.

I really don't get the problem here---by most christian teaching the "soul" of the fetus goes directly to heaven and the soul of the mother tarnished, but you don't want her in heaven with you anyway. so the fetus soul goes to heaven and you win one BY DEFAULT---so why are you NOT happy with that?

Most abortions are done around the 12th week.

"The review found that a fetus's neurological pathways in its brain that allow for the 'conscious perception of pain' do not function until after 28 weeks' gestation...."

Abortion has been around a VERY long time.

Abortion is not the ONLY solution for an unwanted pregnancy but it is an option. And for those who feel that they would NEVER have an abortion--great! But for some of us it was/is the best option at the time.
Pray for me if you must but God and I already have a good relationship, thank you.

A fetus isn't a human until it can survive outside of the womb, without any extreme medical measures.

Why the hell would you put up that site when you KNOW there are children on here. I hope you get deleted. How very sick!

EDIT, by the way, Ive seen it years ago, and seen actual abortions, Like PETA does with animals and Al Jazeera does with muslim wars, many of the pictures were staged. And I'm still pro choice.

its still the woman's choice, and i watched it. It is really a personal decision and also depends on the circumstances. as far as organized crime, (politicians, doctors, law enforcement)

That is beside the point. The greatest gift god gave us was the ability to chose. And forcing people to do something right or wrong against their will, is wrong.
