If your ancestors were indeed Asian from far far back then maybe that's why you look the way you do.
I know that for a fact that if you see people who are White half East Asian (like Chinese, Japanese, or Koreans) then they will more often look Asian. I knew this one guy who looked completely Asian that I thought he was full blooded! He was half Chinese/White. But that's how genes are because East Asian genes are very, and I mean very dominant! Other Asian genes, not as dominant, like Southeast Asian (Thai,Malaysian,Laotian, Burmese) or South Asian (Pakistanis, Indians, Nepalese) are not as dominant and are recessive and most of the time half breed child don't look Asian at all. Weird but true.
Strong genes do live on so you can't change what you are.

My wife is 1/4 Cherokee, however, my wife and her 3 sisters and 6 brothers range in hair color from brunette to blonde and ALL have pale skin.
Now, one nephew has black hair, black eyes and rudy skin. Just one out of ten.
Genetics isn't an exact thing. There are dominant and recessive traits which may remain hidden for two or more generations.
I suggest you conduct a deep geneology study of your parents, their parents, and their grand parents.

First get one thing straight, toots.....NOT all Mexicans are tanned. There are other races besides the Chinese that have slanted eyes, you twit. What difference does it make what your eye, hair, or skin color is? You sound like you're not happy with your appearance. Beauty is only skin deep.

all of those things your parents possess are recessive genes. You possess dominant genes. Probably from another relative anywhere in your gene pool.
