God doesn't live by any laws because He Himself is the law since He created everything. For the same reason that God is not wise, good, just nor merciful, because He is Wisdom, Goodness, Justice and Mercy Himself. So that if these virtues and all the other virtues were to be seen in perfection and be made manifest as something tangible that we can see, you would have God in the flesh, who is Jesus.

Oooh, deep! Let's see, if God had to live by someone else's rules, then that would mean that someone had more power than God.
