You are really a glutton for punishment, aren't you? It was people like you, ignoramous, that beat Him to a pulp and crucified Him.
It was because of the sins of mankind, and our self-destructive ways, that caused Jesus to be crucified, don't you even try to "blame God" for that one, you will surely rot in hell.

Good question and a good point. If I do read it correctly you are almost right on the money in the point you made. Did I read it right?
God did in his perfect plan make the laws so that His son would be, in your words, "murdered" on the cross, tree, or pole. That perfect plan was so that all could see the real wisdom of the God of the Bible. Most can not understand that or see the wisdom in it, I assume that you do by your question. Did I assume too much?
MY God made the laws to reveal his own state of being in existence so all mankind could understand Him and understand why He did what was done. My God is love and wants to have His given love returned to him as if reflected back off a mirror as in an Image of My God, Himself. My God wants this reflection to be on a basis that is truly desired by the one who is reflecting it thus the free choice or option had to be in place even for His only begotten Son from the dead to choose whether to desire to reflect this image or to not reflect it. To prove this selection of this option the son must be willing to sacrifice the most valuable thing He had which was His life to demonstrate His full thust in His Father, My God to do exactly what His Father said He would do if the sondid choose to reflect back the love..
I hope I did not loose you but also know that is just my view. Maybe your view is different and I can accept that. Your view is between you and your God as I hope you will say and accept for my view.
With that, my friend do have a good day and do post some more good points of view OK Smile while you are doing it.

He gave the law (i.e. Ten Commandments) in order that man could see that they were really incapable of completely following even that, and thus sinners. Obviously, we need a savior. And so, God, in showing His love and mercy, provided that savior, that ultimate sacrifce. The blood of animals cannot cleanse us from sin!
Hebrews 10:4 NIV
because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
Hebrews 8:8
But God found fault with the people and said:
"The time is coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant
with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah.
So, if the blood of animal sacrifices cannot take away sins, then, basically, humans seem to be unable to be cleansed of sin. After giving mankind an opportunity to realize that, God sent Jesus Christ:
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Hebrews 9:14-15
14How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!
15For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
Hebrews 8:13
By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.
Blessings!

First off--God IS-- to say that he lives is to imply that he can die
God simply IS ---and the laws that He has laid down for mankind is the principles of core conduct expected of the Creator of His creation...mankind.
And--there was no requirement that Christ die for the sins of the world-- he could have opted out at anytime-- that is the Greatest part of the story of salvation.
Knowing how some of you think---this question is a masked attempt to make God responsible for the death of His own son---
But-- believe me-- it was mankind that slaughtered Christ on the cross-- God simply knew that that was the way it would transpire and did not interupt or intervene for it has been the name of the game from the very beginning that mankind is set as a free moral agent to decide on his own on the ways he will conduct himself and what his decisions will be.........
Once again-- I will introduce to you the fact that no matter how you think or what you think or how long you think whatever it is THAT you think--- you will never know the MIND OF GOD--- for you or I to know God in that way is to say that a brushstroke from a painting can know the complete mind of the painter that placed it on the canvas---just simply iimpossible !!!!

Hi Professor Mike. The reason Christ had to die on the cross was to fulfill the prophecy of the Old Testament that Christ be the Sacrificial Lamb.
In the Old Testament (Exodus 12:7-16) the first sacrifice of a lamb began when God put a curse on Egypt to kill all the first born males and animals in Egypt. He told the Israelites to sacrifice a year old lamb with no blemishes and to take the blood of the lamb and mark their door posts with the blood. This would be the sign for God to pass over the homes with the marking of blood and no harm would come to them. God is teaching us about Salvation with this event. That day was the first Passover. Jesus came to become the sacrificial Lamb. After His death there would be no more sacrifices. Christ paid for the believers sins with His blood when He was Crucified on the cross.
God tells us Jesus was the Lamb of God in John 1:29:
"The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!"

Your question really doesn't make sense. God is not under any law, and Jesus was not killed for breaking any law, he was killed for the same reason people reject him today, because his message was that we should love and serve, both God first and others, and not our own selfish, greedy desires.
