I gotta know. And if they are, then why is it that everybody is always so nice to them and treat them like they so great and wonderful? Why is it that they are all so interested in sex, Smirnoff, parties, Spring Break, bars, teasing guys, and generally acting like snobs? Why is it that they all go around saying they are such innocent, church-going Christians? An even better question: Why is it that people like this are the ones who always get picked for the teaching jobs in our school? How on earth can they be good role models for our kids?

Do I stereotype? Yes. Does that make me a judgmental arsehol? Most likely. But hey, I am the only one who notices these things.

Excluding the factor of race white woman claimed they have been a minority because they did not have the right to vote until 1900's. Very few of them served in high political positions and economic positions. But then again I think there were areas where they got preferential treatment. For one women have never been included in any military draft. Two it has been proven by many prosecutors and judges that women are less likely than men to be sentenced to death and sentenced as harshly for the same crime under the same circumstances. Three men tended to have more pressure on them to find a job to support their family and kids in an area where workforce jobs did not have much safety and included long areas. So when you look at it is it fair to complain white woman as a minority to blacks when they received preferential treatment in some areas and this group did not.

1) I hear some women saying women are paid 0.70 for every dollar a man makes, or 0.77, 0.80, 0.90 and other women say they are paid the same. Please explain, only 1 can be the right answer.

2) Paying less just because of gender, race, ethnicity, etc is against the law. If a woman can prove she is getting paid less, she could file a lawsuit and make big $ off it. Please explain how a woman can get paid less, and isn't being able to file a lawsuit and make big $ a good thing?

3) I'd also like a study on salaries at least dating from 2000 (the more recent the better), comparing a man and a woman, both the same age, and both new at the job, working at the exact same job position, both working the same amount of time.(hours/week) Here is why I want all those things:
- age is factor when determining salary.
- The longer you have been working at a job the higher you get paid. Ex: If one has worked at the job for 2 years and the other 5 years, it's normal the person who has been working the longest gets paid more.
- Part-time workers will have lower wages than full-time workers.
- It’s normal different position earn different salaries. A manager will earn more than a salesman.

I don’t want every working man vs every working woman, as more men are in higher paying jobs than women, which would result in the study being inaccurate.

I have a business opportunity to start a national chain of Feminist bookstores called "Sappho's Closet." Along with the normal outlets of San Francisco and Boston, we are thinking of opening stores in Huntsville, Alabama; Casper, Wyoming; Peoria, Illinois; and Altoona, Pennsylvania. I am not sure about this, but I think it is time to open the eyes of fellow Americans. What do you think?

i have read articles an seen in many papers that feminism is getting less and less influential and acknowledged. it is seen as a hate group by many and people steer away from it. why do you think this is?

while feminism IS declining women are still reamaining independent and strong and are proud to be either or both a working woman or housewife. women are dropping there feminist ideology and getting more in touch with there femininity but realize at the same time that men and women are equal but different. frankly im glad. i know almost no feminists and the ones i do know are hard nosed. but what do you think about the decline in feminism?

"women are opressed because we have been treated horribley in the past. we were used as sex slaves and werent given the chance to vote. us women also have to worry about being abused by men and fear going out at night in fear of being raped by the hands of men."

MY ARGUMENT: ALL people of genders and races are opressed. we are all at risk of violence not just women. men in fact als have to fear other men too. there is robbery, murder, assults and many more. women are not the only ones at risk of violence. EVERYONE is.

“Women are very important to society because we are the only ones who can give birth. We are the ones who sustain life and have to go through the pain of labor. Men should be more empathetic towards this.”

MY ARGUMENT: women can give birth but not create a child. It takes a man AND a woman to create a child. Neither can create a life without the other. Sure you have to go through the pain of labor. But that’s life. A ruptured or trauma to a testicle are one of the few pains that can cause the human body to die from the pain alone. It can cause the heart to stop or can cause the body to go into shock. Both genders have incredible pains. Not just women

A friend of mine and I were having a discussion the other night abo-ut how actions speak louder than words. So I came up with the question of, "Since actions speak louder than words, how does one PROVE to a woman that she is beautiful? Seeing as how the word is an adjective and not a verb how do you DO beautiful?" I have come up blank with the exception of that it has to be something tangible, physicial and out of the ordinary. Because any man can "say" a woman is beautiful, but to PROVE to a woman she is beautiful is something different entirely.

it seems that ever since feminism that the male role is disapearing. when i say the masculine role i do NOT mean the boss of the relationship. i mean the role of a man feeling like a man and being masculine. its seems like women are now trying to play both mom and career woman and on top of that they are shedding there sense of femininity because they think that being feminin and womanly is just a social construct created by men, the "opressors". and they are trying to go out of there way to be more masculine. i think that if women play the role of everything then where does that leave men? what role can they play without feeling emasculated? a man needs to feel like a man and how can he do so if his woman is doing that for him? and if he does try to play the role of a man then he is ridiculed for being sexist and opressing women.

when i say masculine and playing the role of a man i do not mean that, that means bing the "breadwinner" or that only he should be working . men need to To do men things. And its like the male figure seems to be disapearing

Besides being over weight, what specific features on a woman makes her ugly. Mature repsonses only!?
I want all the grown, mature people to respond to this one. I want to know what charcteristics/ features on a woman makes her ugly. I want details such as nose, skin color, etc. And I also want to know what is fat. How much does a woman have to BEGIN to weight, before she is considered fat. What pant size should a woman weight? Is there a differance between black women and white women? Black women are born with curves (hips, thighs and bottoms) Is that considered fat cause white women are stick figure usually? Or does weight and size even matter and account for how beautiful she is?Lets talk. Again mature answers only!!!

When i was 22 (and unmarried), I met a married woman at a bar/ club. She was older, but still relatively attractive and our personalities just clicked. she was out with her friends. seemed to be happy enough about her life, and wasn't outto pick up a guy - she was taken aback by the whole thing.

It turned into a romp in the back seat of her truck.

Now my wife is starting to go out with her freinds. Just dancing. And i beleive her. But could she, if the right guy . . . How often does it happen?
