I might to make a few changes about my body but certainly not what you are implicating!
That is just pushing it a bit too far.
It has already been done many times over the past century as women have tried to change their bodies to meet men's standards to the point that they are now. Anorexia is everywhere. sheesh I just removed an insult Just for you. But I erased it. I don't know where you are coming from but you need help.

Should I hide the fact that I am female??
I guess that I am lucky in that I work in a profession dominated by women. There are few men, and they don't make any more money at it than I do.
Or are you thinking the other direction...should a woman have to get a breast augmentation to model?
It's not simple to change our physiology, it's not like wearing a different color.
Should I dress more like a man? Should I not have feminine features? Should I not dare mention maternity leave??

Women deserve the same rights as men. For thousands of years women have been overlooked because they stayed at home and couldn't vote. If now we're given the same rights under the Constitution we should be given the same rights in the workplace. Changing for a boss shouldn't be an issue, if it was, I'd quit in a hearbeat.
