i am sick of them telling real women all of these false ideas of what a woman should or shouldnt be.
do you beleive in equality? do you beleive women can be strong and independent without feminism? i do. what do you think?

Of course. A lot of people think the term chauvinism applies only to men, but women can be just as sexist. It's crazy. I don't need anybody to tell me what to believe or how to act. I'll decide that on my own thank you very much. I'm a real woman who can real decisions on her own without trash talking feminists and chauvinists getting in the way!

I've had lots of men tell me what to think, feel or do: ministers, teachers, male relatives, co-workers....I've had a lot less women try to tell me what to do, and if they do try, they're often very traditional and are shocked at the type of relationship I have with my partner or they are trying to convert me to become some sort of Christian. I've rarely had a feminist try to tell me what to do! What kind of men and women are you around? They don't sound very respectful; why don't you pick better friends?

Funny...I'm a feminist, and I'm sick of being told what a woman should or shouldn't be...maybe we're ALL just sick of it, regardless of our stance on "feminism."

What do you mean? I make my own rules. I may be a feminist, but they don't dictate what I think. I believe that a strong and independent woman is a product of feminism, although she may not use the word.

of course, i deeply dispise those types of peeps and they need to know that they'r living in the 21st century and this is where women can take care of ourselves, do sports, have fun, and b better than guys sometimes, i dont like how guys think we r good for just one thing, those nasty pervs! they'r r MANY succesful women out in the world right now that r single or devorced and r supporting children!!! so i just want those peeps to know that if i any guys tries to make me do somethimg or is one of those peeps then hes gonna get some smart remarks yelled or argued back at him!!!

Doesn't bother me because at the end of the day I make a decision based on my own conscience and judgment.
