Be YOURSELF, and put yourself in situations where it is easy to meet girls..behind a computer..at the library wont work...depending on your age, try a wine and cheese party, if you don't drink have a club soda...cooking classes, any volunteer work, especially with animals!
Let your friends know that you want a girl friend, ask them to introduce you to girls that they think you would like! Join a co-ed gym..and talk to girls that look interesting,,mainly just get out there and talk..I met my husband in a local restaurant that we both go to on a regular basis, the owner introduced us...

It depends on the culture. An active social life and work life will put you in contact with many women. Treat women as equals and friends. Don't worry about what you desire but try to find little ways to satisfy their desires and goals. From friendship grows love.

be nice, be sincere, be supportive, listen to her, you need to really care about her, about her problems, her family, everything in her life... love her... be yourself......... and if you haven't found the right one yet... just do all the above things, treat all girls as if they were the last girl on earth... and you bet someone is going to fall in love with you, if not many.
