1) I hear some women saying women are paid 0.70 for every dollar a man makes, or 0.77, 0.80, 0.90 and other women say they are paid the same. Please explain, only 1 can be the right answer.
2) Paying less just because of gender, race, ethnicity, etc is against the law. If a woman can prove she is getting paid less, she could file a lawsuit and make big $ off it. Please explain how a woman can get paid less, and isn't being able to file a lawsuit and make big $ a good thing?
3) I'd also like a study on salaries at least dating from 2000 (the more recent the better), comparing a man and a woman, both the same age, and both new at the job, working at the exact same job position, both working the same amount of time.(hours/week) Here is why I want all those things:
- age is factor when determining salary.
- The longer you have been working at a job the higher you get paid. Ex: If one has worked at the job for 2 years and the other 5 years, it's normal the person who has been working the longest gets paid more.
- Part-time workers will have lower wages than full-time workers.
- It’s normal different position earn different salaries. A manager will earn more than a salesman.
I don’t want every working man vs every working woman, as more men are in higher paying jobs than women, which would result in the study being inaccurate.

Here is something else to think about:
men have higher car insurance, it is assumed we are more aggessive henceforth should have higher insurance. The same could be said if women truly are paid less. Women have lower salaries because they are not as good workers as men henceforth should get lower wages.
Both are unfair to assume, not all men are aggressive drivers and not all women are bad workers. So if women aren't paid as much, feminism are fighting this, then they should also fight the higher car insurance for men. Men need more $$ to pay for the higher insurance.
