I want to take 10 grams of b5 a day to get rid of acne. A lot of people have said it worked for them and I haven't seen that many side effects. Other than diherrea and bad hair days. Is there any thing else I need to know? Did it work for you. Also I plan on taking Vitamin B complex as well. Most of the websites said you should use it as a base. Also you're supposed to ease into it right. I got that too but seriously is there anything else that I need to know about. Serious answers and I'd like it better if you had tried it or were a doctor or something. Thanks in advance.

My nephew is planning to marry a "physician" in El Salvadore" and would like to know what other qualifications (i.e. schooling, experience, etc.) she would need to become a medical doctor in the U.S.? Would she just need to pass the medical board exam, or are there other educational/sponsorship requirements. Any information would be GREATLY appreciated!

Recently I completed a Phlebotomy course, fore which I had to attend a clinical rotation. My clinical teacher would tare the finger off her glove so that she could use her exposed finger to find veins, as well as noting that the Phlebotomists did not wash, or clean their hands, tourniquets, or other items that were used from patient to patient.

I have contacted the CDC, and OSHA, but none have gotten back to me about this practice. I was wondering if anyone knew to whom I should speak?

(fwiw I live in California, where all this occured)

Thank you for your help.

I know Xanax is quite addictive, but I heard in lower doses it is not quite as extreme. Basically I have major panic and anxiety, and antidepressants aggravate it. The xanax seems to be working. I heard that using a lower dose (like 1 mg/day) and using the Xtended release kind (which gives you an even release all day with less ups and downs) is less likely to cause addiction. Is this true? Also, at this low dose and with the XL brand, am I less likely to develop a tolerance? I think this is something I will need to be on for years to function not just a few months, as anxiety has crippled me all my life. Over time will i develop a tolerance to the 1 mg XL and have to increase the amount or will the effect stay even? I was told at low doses like this, you don't develop a tolerance. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks

I was prescribed Zoloft for my anxiety however I was raised in a family that lookds down upon medication. Just rub some dirt in it. So I was wondering if anyone out there tried it. I know the doctors say its safe and all but I was wondering about personal experiences. Can it be dangerous? Addictive? Can it be harmful or has it been pretty well tested ???
