okay so I found these pills laying around my house they are white, oblong, and have the imprints of L484 ... i could not find them on the pill identifier on the internet... Does anyone know what they are??

it's a tylenol look alike. It's one of those cheaper brands that have the same ingredients as tylenol but aren't a brand name.

Go to your local pharmacy and have them look them up in their reference book the PDR.(physician's desk reference.)
Most prescribed pills are unique-looking.
