My wife is bi-polar. Here are ALL her meds. She is on 600 mg lithium 2x daily, luvox 200mg at night, klonopin 1 mg at night, depakote 500 mg 2x daily for myoclonus(has CP), and efffexor xr 150 mg in morning. Her current problems are she is up all night unitl 4-5 am and then sleeps all morning and part of afternoon. She eats once a day..usually cereal. Drinks up to 18 juices a day. Says she loves me and wantsme, but has lesbian cybersex at night even after we have sex, and a lesbian lover beyond that. She has psychotic detachements of staring, mumbling and talking to her dead mother that lasts for 10 -20 minutes. After which she has no memory of it. She has had her labs and her lithium is 0.7 and depakote is also at ok levels. Dr says her meds are working, and I say they are not because of her symptoms. The dr says that my wife is doing this on purpose. I think the dr is all wrong and she needs something. We live in Hawaii and there are not any dr taking new patiants.

Sorry, this is very random but my friend is doing a project and it is on a fictional parasite that is 3 ft. long and attaches to ones spine. I don't believe that can happen but he does.
Thanks

According to optometry science, eyeballs can become enlongated from front to back, or horizontally, which results in myopia (nearsightedness) or hyperopia (farsightedness).

If so, what exactly is it that changes the shape of the eyeball before the lens hardens or changes curvative? Even children have vision changes - so anyone or ODs know the answer?

The health care provider orders 1000 mL D%W with 0.45 N/S to infuse over 12 hours. What will the flow rate be if you are using 15gtts/mL tubing?

If a doctor knew that you had the premium insurance or had several million dollars… would he take advantage of that and create pretend illness or injury instead of managing your health? For example: get you the top services—be transferred to an improved hospital facility, access the most excellent equipment available, a healthier treatment plan, put you with more nurses and very well qualified doctors.

my wife has been taking bood pressure medicine 'LOTREL' 5/20mg one capsule every day for 4yrs. my wife is difficult to see doc. often because of job and doc office is too far away.
currently her blood pressure is 120 or lower in most days but some times once in a week it is 140. she asked me what if taking a pill every the other day or half pill a day instead of a pill every day.

i know asking doc is the best answer.

Or could you say that "A more appropriate term would have been ‘dysglycemia’, indicating unstable blood glucose concentrations often seen in a Glucose Tolerance Test of people having ‘hypoglycemic’ symptoms".
The quote is from here http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/addiction_and_hypoglycemia.html#footnote7
It goes over my head a bit but antidepressant medication has funny side effects that psychologically i can not deal with.
I can't drink diet drinks, they make me feel nausae. And there is a link to phenylalanine in the article.
My GP is one of those that if it's not in his book it is not treatable and for most other things there is an antibiotic or anti-depressant. He won't even entertain the idea i might be hypoglycemic and all my problems (mental and from there into physical) are due to my body having trouble balancing it's glucose levels. So asking to be referred to a clinical nutritionist is a waste of time.
You opinion please? Thanks
