Does/can cheek fat removal (lyposuction) make them more chiselled?

Just lookin @ male models they all seem to have impossibly chiselled cheekbones and jawlines surely it can't all be natural? Do they have it done? What are the affects of it?

Well, I have no idea about the frequency of the procedure in male models, but yes that's the idea of buccal fat removal -- to remove the "roundness" of the cheeks next to the mandible. I imagine they might just be really skinny, on top of having naturally prominent cheekbones.
