Pregnancy - September 2007

I am just on my 6th week, and apart from a number of positive tests and no sign of a period I have no symptoms at all. Around when do symptoms actually appear, and how long would they generally last?

Question: could i be pregnant?

Question Details: i didnt actually have intercourse and i took a pregnancy test about 2 weeks after in the morning when the hormone levels are high and it came out negative and i got my period on time but theres a weird patch on mi stomach but im trying to gain weight so is that some extra fat? i also spoke with a planned parenthood doc and she said the test would be accurate when i took it so should i just brush this off?

I think that teenage sex questions should be banned or be reported as abuse and removed.

I responded in a humerous way. No different then some of the other answers. Like are you stupid or what? Well this chicky pooh reported me. Now I have a violation notice......... I do not care about the violation notice.......... What gets me is she took a pregnancy test even though she did not actually have intercourse. Then she comes on here asking could I be pregnant. The test was negative.

Other violation today. Gf had sex with bf he pulled out, so how come she is pregnant?

before i was pregnant i was 110 im 5'3 and now im only 121 my doc has not said anything about it and id on't go again until next week so i cant ask until then?so far i've only gain 11 pounds and im 29 weeks?im doing my best to gain weight but nothing?is that right.some people say i might gain it all in my last 2 months?has anyone ever had this prob?

Okay, I am 30 weeks preggo, and I have quite a few new stretch marks, but recently, I have several that have been bleeding pretty bad. They don't hurt, but it just bothers me...

Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening in the future?

I always make sure to go before sex but lately we've had to stop in the middle of everything so I can go again - but I only have to go a tiny little bit. Is this normal? It kinda ruins the mood to stop in the middle - any advise or suggestions? My husband is amazing and is completely understanding - but I feel bad.

I was told at 33 weeks your should have braxton hicks by now but I had none my whole pregnancy ...when I got pregnant I had no symptoms that I was pregnant...I had no morning sickness no nausea no headaches now I am not feeling any contractions...am I just having a good pregnancy or is something wrong with me?

He found a cyst on one of my ovaries and said that if he were to remove it then it would end the pregnancy. He also said that it carries vital hormones etc to the baby. Has anyone had any experience with this?

today i made 37wks5days! yay! i have been havin so many darn braxton hicks contractions. unfortunately they r just terribly tight and constant, but not painful enuff for me to think im n labor... today @ my doc appt i requested to have my cervix checked and was told that my daughter's head is really low and im dilated to a finger tip. what the heck does this mean? is there a possibility that labor is close? i know i shoulda asked the doc this but i was just so ecstatic to hear that my baby's head is low that i kinda blocked some things out. also, if i have sex do u guys think it should bring labor on since her head is so low?

ok so im sttting here and i have a uncontrolabully pee comming like every 5-10 min and when im on the pottie it seems like it will never stop then when i wipe it is kinda really shiney on the paper but when i smell it it has now smell but when i look in the pottie it is like a foggy color is it my water i have a little cramping in my hip area but that it is nothing like contractions this is my first baby and im 38 weeks just went to the dr today but it didnt happen untell 8:04 tonight the dr said i was 1cm dialated so is it my water???????

I just looked & on her top left side, shes got a tooth almost all the way through! its poking through a lot, but has NONE other then that & its not even all the way through... umm is it okay for her top fang to be coming in before any others???

Hello, I am about 5 weeks pregnant (phew!) but had a prior chemical pregnancy. Now I've made it to at least this far but am very nervous and scared at the same time. i am sure everyone who's going through pregnancy can relate! I was wondering if anyone who has experienced a continued rise in their HCG hormones and can still have a blighted ovum?
I went in for my 1st U/S today and they only found a yolk sac - doc said it's still too early to see the fetal pole and/or heartbeat. But the good news is my hcg continues to rise from 304 to 945 and 5 days later (today) went up to 6,734. My pregnancy symptoms has lessen and hasn't been as pronounced as last week (meaning I'm less tired and my breasts are less sored) so I was worried and wanted to recheck my hcg - to my surprise it went up to 6,734. So, anyone experience having a blighted ovum with the hcg level continuing to rise at this level? Thanks all for your response to this!

Hello,
I'm 31 and I have a planned pregnancy (10 weeks) but my husband decided to turn his back on us an gone for almost two weeks now. He is constantly on drugs, I can't even talk to him. I went to the clinic for abortion but I couldn't go through with it. I had a nervous breakdown, spent a night on ER. I don't know what to do. I'm not sure if I'm ready to raise this child alone, I can't even afford it. My family is in Europe, and there is no real support here for me. I'm scared. I need to make up my mind in the next few days. My dr. prescribed Prozac for me to stop crying. Please, let me know your thoughts.

My former girlfriend had the first day of her last menstral cycle on July 14. She had sex on her period with someone else on July 18th. I had sex with here on July 28th. She had a blood pregnancy test on Aug 9th which came back negative. She is pregnant but we do not know who the father is. Given this information, who do you believe is the father.

I am 21 weeks and really want to buy or rent my own fetal monitor. They are pretty expensive- to get the one like they have at the office. The cheap ones at stores like walmart or target have bad ratings so i dont even want to try that. Has anyone rented or bought one to just have during your pregnancy? I personally feel that having one will make me feel better when she still doesnt have definite movements and that i can check on my baby before i go to my appointments. Im on bedrest and to me it would make me feel better.
