im 17 weeks & my bf talks to my baby...but at how many weeks/months can the baby start hearing noise?

I mean he is a wonderful husband and this is a planed preg. but its like ever time I go to the Doc. I'm alone, ever time I go shoping I'm alone, he doesn't even like to touch my stomach when the baby's moving. I mean am I in the wrong by feeling alone?

I am a little over 10 weeks pregnant and the last 4-5 days I have been feeling period like cramps. In the beginning I had some brown spotting, then changed into red, then disappeared all together 2 days ago. I never had this experience with my first baby. I was supposed to go to my first doc's appt last week but they canceled it and now I am unable to get a hold of them to make a new appt. Anyone ever had this experience before? I am still cramping as we speak :(

Has anyone else experienced this? I had one day last week where I felt pretty good and didn't need to take a Zofran for the morning sickness, but every day before then and since then, I have had to take a pill because I feel sick still. Is this normal? Has anyone else gone through this too?

Where I live, the ob/gyns are telling all pregnant women that they are not allowed vbacs because the hospital has "banned" them. I called the hospital out of curiousity and they said there was no such policy and that it was up to individual doctors to decide. The hospital isn't recommended by the ACOG for VBACs for not having a surgeon and an anesthesiologist on staff 24/7. However, I don't feel it is right to lie to these women about the circumstances surrounding this situation..Should I talk to my doctor or just let him continue telling these women about a fictional "ban"?

im 17 weeks today and i have not gained anything. the top of my belly above my bellybutton is pouching a little more than usual but that may be cause i have been stuffing my face. i would have thought that by now, i would be at least showing a little bit! im still in my pants and everything. it makes me mad cause i want everyone to know im prego :( not bloated! so, anyway im sure i will pop out sometime. im just frustrated and wanted to talk about it. have a fabulous day :)

How many of these dumb, ignorant questions could possibly be posted in one day, personally I come on here to lend advice to people that need it and to gain answers to some questions I might have...not to look at 75 questions posted every hour asking if "I'm pregnant?". I'm pregnant and not a rocket scientist...and how did I find out...I took a test and went to the doc!!!!
So let's all ban together and stop the nonsense...IF WE DON'T ANSWER THEM THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO REASON TO POST THEM!!!!! I think it's a super idea...who's with me

Okay last month i wasnt supposed to start until the 20th and i started on the 15th. so i figured have sex one week after my period and on the 15th day after my period to get pregnant. well i had all the symptoms and i figured if i wasnt pregnant that i would start by the 15th well i started yesterday on the 10th again 5 days early. this is all so weird and im really wondering what is going on. no rude answers please. yes i asked this question before but no answers and im just really wondering.

We had sex without using protection, and I'm almost positive I didn't release any sperm inside of her, but just in case it did happen, what is the likelyhood she gets pregnant? She is on birth control pills and takes them regularly. I don't know much about pregnancy, but what does the "time of the month" have to do with it? thanks for your help

Yes i know its a weird question, but recently ive been craving soil, and ive been sucking on stones ive picked from the garden and making unconspicuous holes in walls in my house to eat wall plaster. How can I control myself eating soil? I know eating soil is quite dangerous as there could be cat faeces in the soil and cause toxoplasmosis - can anyone help? My cravings have been VERY strong.

I have been advised by a mothercare assistant to wear maternity bras from now on (I'm only 5 weeks preg) and that it is bad to wear underwired bras as it stops the production of the milk glands...the problem is..i have hard nipples all the time (even before pregnancy) and so wearing a non-underwired, non-padded bra is quite embarassing as you can see my nipples through all of my tops...any advice?

l had my baby in the 4th of august, till this day lam still bleeding,somedays l had no sign of blood at all but all of a sudden l will bleed bright red blood and have some cramp, went to see my gp she said this is normal, but everyone say everything should settle down after six weeks, lam really worried that somthing could be wrong l also lost so much weight after birth( went back to my normal wieght 3 days after birth), today bleeding was first day of period should l worry and see another doctor.

5 Years ago my Mom passed away at the age of 37 when she gave birth to my 6th brother.She got Highblood Pressure, and Asthma but the Doctor said she also got Clamsia during her Pregnancy.The baby was small and the doctor said that the baby's life is 50/50, My Mom survived after the delivery but she died after 2 days.,And now i have a friend who has Clamsia..Her Due is on Sept.16..Im Scared because this happened to my Mom before..and still don't get enough explanation what is the cause of this?And why some pregnant womens get this?

I just made some toast and half way through eating it I saw a spec of mould on the crust, will it make me or my baby ill? I am 17 weeks pregnant. I did check the date, it goes off tomorrow :/

On sunday i started with morning sickness, and had it yesterday too, I havent had it today, is my baby ok? Is it normal for it to apper then just go!?
Im worried, i have my first appointment with the midwife on monday, but that seems like ages away. Just want to some reassurance that its ok!

Back in 2005 i lost twin girls at 5 1/2 months and a baby boy when i was 11 weeks pregnant and i was very depressed ...sometimes i still am..and i call their names out hoping that i hear a "yes mommy" and i dont so i yell at them for not answering me....i was looking forward to my babies and having a good life with them...i still miss them but sometimes i dont think im ok in the head....i have a son now and i love him to death but im still trying to cope with the death of my children...is there anyone with any advice on how i can be happier and not worry my husband so much ?..i tell him so much of how i feel and i worry him but i need to talk about it...any advice?
