That's why I suspected I was pregnant. I felt fine, had no pms-like symptoms. Took a test, pregnant! Yes! It's okay. Now, I did start with morning sickness at about 5 weeks (5 weeks from the first day of my last menstrual period). Good Luck!

You didn't say how far along you are, so that may be a factor into why symptoms aren't showing up yet or you could just be one of the lucky ones like me who never had any symptoms other than a big stomach. Although around six months or so I started getting heartburn occasionally, I never had morning sickness or swollen feet or anything else. Good luck!

Great!! You are doing fine. Pregnancy is not an illness but a function that your body goes through. If at or after 4 months you are not having any evidence or movement of the baby, then you would need to be concerned and seek the advice of your OB. Good luck and all the best with your baby.

It's not a guarentee that you are going to have crazy symptoms, just because you are pregnant. It's very possible that you could only get 1 or 2 symptoms that haven't shown up yet. Don't worry.... Good Luck and Congrats!!

Not all pregnant women have symptoms or morning sickness, I never had any nausea during all three of my pregnancies. The only symptoms I had in the very beginning felt like pms/period coming on. Consider yourself lucky, I hear morning sickness is terrible.

All of that depends on how far along you are. Symptoms in the first trimester are not huge, mostly just morning sickness... which some are lucky enough not to have badly. It's all about you body and how it adjusts to the hormones. Good luck!

How far along are you? Some women will not start to have pregnancy symptoms until they are eight weeks along or more. It is ok to feel fine, you should enjoy it because it probably won't last much longer.
