You have a whole lot more hormones going on right now then normal, it's expected..I would cry when my husband took the dogs out! Like he wasn't coming back or something..it was bad but by 2nd trimester each time I was a lot better..

It will pass...and then it'll be back...just know that it won't be like this forever. Your hormones are going crazy. You've just introduced an entirely new hormone to your body when you got pregant, so you're hormones are going to be on the fritz for a while. You'll go thru parts of the pregnancy when you feel totally normal and other times when you feel totally mental (like now) but just know that it's all normal and part of the amazing feat of growing a baby inside your cute little belly!

12wks here also. I made the mistake on Sunday of watching one of those Lifetime classic movies, I cried the entire time. I cry at work, I cry while I am driving, I cry at night.....it's all part of the hormones. Poor Dh is always trying to comfort me but I am not sad, just crying for no reason.

It is the hormones that are causing you to feel this way. It is normal. I know it can be hard, but you will start to feel better and not want to cry so much soon.

I was the same way. Its just your hormones acting crazy. I wish i could tell you it stops, but honestly, the best you can hope for is just managing it. Unfortunately, its just a part of being pregnant.

NORMAL, i woudl cry myself to sleep almost every night with both of my pregnancies, do things to make yourself feel good, like pedicures or shopping, dress up amd feel pretty, it might help. Good Luck

during pregnancy, you wiil go on a roller coaster of emotions, it is normal, but if it gets too bad, talk to your doctor, he or she can put you on medications to help smooth out the emotional roller coaster.
