First of all- no smoking, no alcohol and of course no drugs.drink milk, have yogurt, cereals and vegetables more often. Whenyou want some alcohol have occasionally one glass of beer. My doctor said is ok 1 cup of coffee per day, but i stopped it cause it makes me want to smoke. Combine protein with vegetables. Have fruits and plenty of water. Also when you crave for something eat it with no guilts. I try avoid having often sweets. Also a lot of breads, pasta and salt got me bloated, so i try eat the minimum of them. My doctor also recommended having 1 egg every day(for the white part), fish once every week and i daily take feofol pills for my folic acid and ferrous sulfate intake.Your doctor will tell you more... ask him!
