It wouldn't hurt you even if you ate more than a single spec. Well, a bigger amount might cause some inconveniences with your stomach (but not necessarily). I know that some people are allergic to certain types of mould, but it usually strikes their respiratory system if they breath it. Being a big eater in both of my pregnancies, I think I ate much worse things... :) Don't worry, bread mould (both green and white) is not dangerous. :)

No I really don't think it will affect you or your baby! A little bit of mould never did anyone any harm! Might have made you feel a bit sick, but it wouldn't hurt either of you!! Take care mate xx

Way back in the middle ages, poorer people had to eat what little food was available to them. Because there were no fridges, food went off very quickly, often before most of it was eaten.
Meat was eaten as it was going rotten and the taste was disguised by herbs. I don't think eating a bit of mouldy bread will harm you or the baby.

No i wouldn't say so..I ate a full slice of bread and I then noticed the mould on the other slice and I didn't even feel sick after it so I would say you will be fine..

Hopefully you will be OK. Its fish, cream and nuts you will need to be careful with as the baby could have a allergy to nuts, dairy products such as raw eggs and fish and meats that's undercooked.

dont worry as this pin mould is harmless to you and your baby. HVs tend to overdramatise everything and in fact mine allowed me to eat blue stilton although she didnt recommend it and i have two un affected beautiful kids.
