We had sex without using protection, and I'm almost positive I didn't release any sperm inside of her, but just in case it did happen, what is the likelyhood she gets pregnant? She is on birth control pills and takes them regularly. I don't know much about pregnancy, but what does the "time of the month" have to do with it? thanks for your help

First of all, if you "don't know much about pregnancy" then you definitely should NOT be having sex, with or without protection until you learn a whole lot more.

KNOW THIS: ANY TIME YOU HAVE SEX, IT CAN RESULT IN PREGNANCY (as long as all the necessary biological parts are there).

That said, the efficacy of the birth control pill generally runs around 97-98% effective IF (and that's a big IF) the girl takes it as directed, regularly and does not miss a pill. That still leaves a 2-3% chance of pregnancy, even IF taken correctly.

As for your releasing sperm inside her, whether or not you had an orgasm does NOT answer that question. Sperm can and is released prior to orgasm routinely during sex.

Her "time of the month" is only marginally relevant. People think a girl can't get pregnant while on her period. Not true. Although rare, it can happen. Also, trying to calculate her "fertile period" by her time of the month is playing Russian roulette at BEST.

So, I REPEAT, THE ONLY SURE WAY TO PREVENT PREGNANCY IS TO NOT HAVE SEX!! Any other time, it is a possibility that should be thought about!!

probability is very slender like everyone else is putting forward on right here. i've got been taking the pill for some months now and continually take it the comparable time. i've got even had incidents the place i grew to become into taking antibiotics and had unprotected intercourse with my husband and that i did not get pregnant. I additionally, ignored 3 dosages in a row and my general practitioner stated i take advantage of a backup for a week. properly I had intercourse on the 6th day without backup and nevertheless did not finally end up pregnant. It varies from guy or woman to guy or woman. i think rather gentle having intercourse without a condom as long as i'm taking my drugs. so a great way as your era, provide it some days. from time to time you do not continually get your era whilst the fairway pills initiate.

Well, birth control is never 100%, most are about 99% though, so that gives you about a 1% chance if she has been taking them correctly. Time of the month does not matter, it is possible to conceive if she is on her cycle, but the most likely time would be when she is ovulating, which is generally about 2 weeks after her cycle, but that varies with every woman. Your odds are pretty slim, but play it safe from now on... if you are not ready to be a parent then wrap it up, all the time... kids are blessing, but a big responsibility! Speak her about it if you have questions about something along these lines, after all, if the 2 of you are sleeping together, you should keep the lines of communication open.

The pull out doesn't work you can still get a girl pregnant. If she is on birth control you shouldn't worry she might not be pregnant. But if she's taking antibiotics or some other drug then the birth control could be affected. If you are that worried get a Pregnancy test.

My youngest daughter is a "pill" baby. I took it regularly too, but I got pregnant anyways. You should still be using a condom even if she is on the pill due to STD's. And a woman has a period to slough away the inner lining of her uterus after she has ovulated and hasn't become pregnant. So the safest time is the week or so right after her period. The riskiest is a week or so BEFORE her period.

BUT USE A CONDOM!! Unless you are fully prepared to be a father!

It's very unlikely but it can happen. When I got pregnant w/ my 1st child I was taking the pill daily (just not at the same time of the day each day). We call him our miracle baby.

never ever assume that any female is going to keep you from becoming a daddy.......
always always protect yourself and your progeny...
use condoms you purchase yourself and open them yourself..from time to time a female will come along looking for a daddy for her children...so only subject yourself to this if it is what you want....and god willing you will be ready to be a full time dad when you do ...
