this is my 3rd pregnancy and with my first two i gained 30 lbs with each, i am 5 ft. i weighed 114 and went to exactly 144,my son was 5 lbs 14oz., my second I weighed 106 and went to 136, he was 6lbs 14oz., and now I am 38 wks I weighed 106 and for the past few weeks I have weighed the same 124 ( about the last 3 wks. ) so I have not even gained 20 pds yet which worries me but the dr. says it's okay because i'm small framed anyway. I have also worked (driving dump truck) almost my whole pregnancy ( til about 7 1/2 mo. pg.) with my other 2 I did not work at all I stayed home. so i have been very active this whole time. and i guess that's why i haven't gained as much.
which i thought the last month i would gain a pound a week but i haven't i have a week and a half til i'm due. but everything is healthy and fine. no sickness, no swelling, nothing but some painful braxton hicks!!! lol
I have 2 boys already and since this pregnancy has been so different I thought for sure i was having a girl but nope it's a Boy too!!! *smile* don't worry keep taking your vitamins everything will be fine!! good luck hope i could help!

I would not worry unless your doctor is concerned. I was 108 and 5'4 before pregnancy. I had only gained about 10 pounds as well at week 26. At the birth (38 weeks) I weighed 128. My doctor said that this was fine. A bit on the low end of normal, but still fine. My baby was born very healthy. I am sure in the last two months you will gain the necessary weight. Just try to eat some healthy snacks and it will be fine. Take care

Well, I was overweight when I first got pregnant, and ended up losing 16 pounds during the first 6 months of my pregnancy which was okay with my doctor. I gained the 16 pounds back the last few months but never weighed more than my pre-pregnancy weight. My baby and belly grew regularly and she was perfectly healthy. Your weight can be shifting and as long as your doctor isn't worried, I wouldn't be.

I didn't gain that much weight either. I was healthy and active all the time. I barely even showed. My son turned out healthy. As long as you don't drink, do drugs, nor smoke, and EAT healthy and you feel great...everything should be fine. Eat what you normally eat while your baby is inside you. You are eating for 2 but, you can eat until you are satisfied. You don't have to over-stuff yourself, that isn't good for you anyways.

I only gained 10 pounds during my entire pregnancy. I weighed 125 at the most. My son was healthy weighing in at 4lbs, 15.6oz
So half of my weight gain was my son.

That sounds about right. As long as you are eating right and getting plenty of vitamins I wouldn't worry. If the doctor was concerned they would tell you. Just ask on your next visit to ease your mind but I think you are fine.
