if you are going to the toliet all the time and not much comes out then yes more likely you have one .. you dont have to have the pain to have uti if you mean the burning sensation ..
when you have pain in either sides of your back or tummy then the infection has advanced to your kidneys ( I get them all the time ) i hardley ever get the burning feeling just need to go alot and not much comes out.. if you suspect you have one you need to get treated asap especially so far into your pregnancy.. good luck

You can have one without pain, especially if it's early on in the infection. I would get it checked out, as you want to get treated if you do ASAP, before you do get pain (way not fun).
