While it is very contradicting, try to keep the area dry but keep moisturising... After a shower, gently dry the area thoroughly so that the wounds have more of a chance to heal instead of sitting in water, but use moisturisure regularly to help the area stretch without causing more bleeding. just make sure you rub the moituriser in fully.

Stretch marks start from deep skin tissue and gradually develop to skin surface. Although in many cases they seem to just appear overnight, there really is a process.
I seemed to gain 80bls. with my son and I got a few stretch marks, but they are gone now. I am not sure why I didn't get bad stretch marks with any of my children even my twins.
The uterus has grown to the height of the belly button, making the pregnancy visible. You may notice that skin pigmentation may change on the face or abdomen due to the pregnancy hormones. This usually disappears after pregnancy. If you continue to experience pigmentation problems after birth, though, make an appointment with a dermatologist or a cosmetic surgeon who can help treat the problem.Due to the stretching of the skin, some woman may develop stretch marks. Stretch marks occur in approximately half of all pregnancies and appear in the second half of pregnancy as the belly expands. Expectant mother’s who have good, elastic skin tone may not even get any stretch marks. If you do, don’t worry too much about these since most stretch marks fade away after delivery and are barely noticeable. For those that are bothered by their stretch marks, permanent stretchmark removal treatments are available.
Here are some tips to help minimize or prevent stretch marks:
keep your weight gain steady and under control
promote elasticity in your skin by nourishing it with a good diet
drink plenty of fluids, especially water
use a stretch mark cream or a prevention cream
The increased secretion of oils brought about by hormonal changes can result in pregnancy acne breakouts. By following a proper diet, drinking plenty of water and making sure you wash your face regularly while using an oil-free moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated, will help to keep your complexion problems at a minimum.
Good Luck.

I have never heard of stretch marks bleeding, and I have had four babies, in a family of 40 grandchildren - noone had bleeding stretch marks.
I am concerned about any bleeding during pregnancy and I think you should get it checked immediately. Please.

Call a demotolgist because stretch marks are a tearing of the skin and my sister has four children and she said they gave her some kind of cream that helps it not to tear makes the skin more elastic than coco butter does.

DON'T SCRATCH! The stretch marks are already under strain, and even the lightest scratch (rub) may make them bleed. But if they are bleeding and you are not scratching them, get to the doctor, because that is not normal.

I would try a high dollar cream like Eucerin. It may be expensive but it works wonders :)
That sounds painful. Also, mention it to your doctor. They may have something better.
