I am just on my 6th week, and apart from a number of positive tests and no sign of a period I have no symptoms at all. Around when do symptoms actually appear, and how long would they generally last?

Congratulations and double congrats on not feeling symptoms! A lot of women that are bent over the toilet bowl are so jealous of you right now!!
It is normal not to have symptoms but you will start to feel things like bigger breasts, bloating, nausea with smells, possibly the need to pee more frequenly and sudden tiredness very soon. (or maybe not at all!)
new symptoms appear right through pregnancy but be assured it is normal to have a 'dream' pregnancy and be totally well and symptom free until that tell tale bump starts to show!

Best of luck

Every woman is different when it comes to having pregnancy symptoms. I've heard that symptoms can come on as early as 1 week after conception (like sore breasts, sensitive to smell, nausea). I've also heard that there are also a number of women who really don't get any symptoms at all except for a missed period and a growing belly!!! Best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy!!

All women are different, but once you start feeling the symptoms you will get a new one every month until you baby is born. My symptoms always started around 6 weeks. Sore breast, morning sickness, really thirsty all the time, and tired.

I heard you start getting symptoms 24-48 hours after the sperm is implanted in the egg.
