OK my dilemma....

I found out by a HPT that im preggo's....

I havent heard from my boyfriend whom im in a LDR with for over 5 days....I know where he is and his cell phone is dead...but he is on a bender with some friends of his and cant be bothered calling me or buying a charger to call me.....I dunno whether we are 'on' or if we are 'off'.....the last time we spoke we had an arguement.....basically i told him he should go home cause he has been sleeping in his car at friends places for 1 1/2 weeks....he got annoyed with me...said he loved me half heartedly and said would call me later.....which he never did....

I dont know how to break the news to him...1: I herd from his friend he doesnt know when he is comin home 2: There is an age difference between us, im older 3: His family is Muslim and I am non-muslim....

Is this a disaster about to happen.??.

i have been reading a few questions tonight and been looking at new baby and pregnancy ones, there are a lot of women out there who are really truly anxious and looking for a few words of support and advice, only to be told really horrible things. i think it is a downright cruel thing to do. surely earning 2 points is no excuse for being nasty and causing obvious upset to someone who is already upset and in turmoil.

sorry, just wanted to say how disgusting i think it is. i hope you agree, although there will be those who say anything to get the points!!!

Just curious, when a mother is pregnant with quadruplets, does it always result in a C-section? Or are there times where she may (for some reason) deliver them naturally? I've heard of twins being born naturally, but I don't know about quadruplets...

can i not be pregnant but have almost all the syptoms...-vomitting,constipated,hadaches,tired,back pain,light/dizzy spells,but still having my period.Could it be one big coinicdnce that thevomitting \/nausia started 2 weeks after sex?

what are some reasons for getting negative results..(the day of your missed period) but then your really pregnant..

does it show later in some women? like if they have low iron.. or are anemic? any medical statistics on this stuff?

share your experiences with this.. if this happened to you.. what reason did the doc give to u?

Im 37 weeks, I go to the doctor every week, but since Im having a c-sec, they dont check to see if Im dilated. I just thought they would still check me so I would know. Is that normal? Do you think I could asked to be checked? Cause I have tons of pain and pressure down there.

I am 29 weeks and so far every ultrasound has shown the baby is right on track. Well this last visit he measured 31 1/2 not 29. The doctor put me on a no sugar or sodium diets for 2 weeks to slow the babys growth. Has anyone every had this happen before?

Who experienced any harm of cerclage - as I read, that there is a risk of that surgery, but my Dr.advised that it's necessary to close cervix to protect baby from infection (in the shower, etc), as my cervix is short and a baby is rather heavy for 24 weeks and there is a threat to deliver before time along the risk of infection. But I heared, that it's also a lot of risk to have cerclage surgury done! And I am afraid of both: doing that surgery and loosing my baby. Of course, I will do what the Dr advises, but I wish to know, if someone exprienced that case and have some more information for me about this?

I am on the pill and sexually active with my boyfriend. He has a large penis and it has come in contact with my cervix. I know the pill increases the mucus around the cervix. Because his penis came in contact with it, am I more likely to be or become pregnant in the future? If he has a large penis, is pregnancy more likely?

Did any of you experience very strong contractions after being examined? This was the first time that I had contractions that strong. They came and went for about an hour and half and then just stopped. They have been very few and far between since yesterday. But I never have had such strong pains after my exam! Is that normal? BTW, 38 weeks 1.5 centimeters dilated, 50% effaced. Thanks.

I am 8 weeks pregnant. 2 days ago I woke went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw blood, fresh red bood. But after that nothing and had no signs of cramping or pain. I spoke to my doctor and she said that as long as I am not in any pain I should be okay and that my sonogram that I had last week showed a fetal pull and looked okay. The only thing they could not see was the heartbeat but I am still early so that is okay too. So, no every so often I see brown, old blood when I wipe not red except for that one time. Please tell me someone else has experienced this...I have tried for 3 years to get pregnanat again and I never had this happen the 1st time.

I want to paint just the trim in the to be baby's room. I have heard that it is okay to do so as long as you have the room well ventilated. Windows open, fans on etc.

I might need to do a little touch up on the walls - but only in a few spots.

Do you think this amount of painting plus the precautions I am taking is safe?

Me and my girlfriend had sex last saturday just at the end of her period (it started the sunday before). Her normal cycle is 22-24 days or so. THe condom broke that day, but 25 hours later she took the morning after pill. Yesterday morning she noticed spotting, its normal color and it seemed to get heavier as the day went and is continuing this morning. Could this be inplantation bleeding or did the pills just mess up her cycle?

I know with my last two pregnancies I had gained weight by 8 weeks. I also know if you have really bad morning sickness it is normal to lose weight. But, if that is not going on, should you have gained a pound or two by 8 weeks? I haven't gained any weight so far at all. Things are changing, some days it even looks like my tummy is bigger due to bloating but I am not gaining anything. Has anyone else not gained weight at this point?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and rented a doppler. I've been listening for a while but a couple of days ago and this morning my husband & I both heard a few high pitched noises that sounded like hiccups or a cry, although I know there's probably no way since the lungs are filled with fluid. Just thought I'd ask though! I don't know what it could've been.
