HI
I also am on celexa, 60 mg.
10mg is a lower dose
Also, I was on celexa when I got pregnant. I went off, on my own. About 6 months after my son was born, my depression came back so I went to my doctor to get a new prescription. Because I was still nursing, she didn't want to prescribe me anything without me speaking with a specialist. SO she referred me to a doctor who specializes in antidepressant medication that is safe for pregnant/nursing moms. After my lengthy consultation with her with full mental history taken, she prescribed me Celexa.
SO to answer your question, I think it is safe, according to what this specialist told me but you should talk about it with your doctors for your own peace of mind. I don't think the Celexa will affect your ability to get pregnant, but I have found that I have a really hard time climaxing TMI LOL!
Good luck and hugs to you!

You and your baby share the same body, anything in you is in the baby to some degree. Adverse effects from drugs are found from taking everything from tylenol to morphine. However, the rate of negative side effects is so low with drugs prescribed during pregnancy that theyre considered safe.

Personally, I feel that any chance taken is a risk not worth it. I didnt take anything but a dose of tylenol while pregnant.

Speak with your doctors about your medications while trying to get pregnant, and while pregnant.

You would have to ask your doc. I think paxil is safe during pregnancy. Although I would NOT recommend that drug to my worst enemy...
