At six months it's very normal to feel tired, especially if you're one of the unfortunate women to suffer with back pain. The back muscles are more important to standing, carrying weight, affecting sleep, and recovering, than most people realize until they experience back problems. I had the same issues with my first pregnancy, then back labor.

You deserve to rest and pamper yourself as much as you can in preparation for delivery, so don't label yourself as lazy when you don't feel like doing so much. Your body is already doing hard work just carrying around extra weight it's not accustomed to. A moist heating pad and using something for support during sitting and sleep relieved much of my achiness.

Another thing to consider and look forward to is the distinct possibility that you will soon be feeling a little better. Most women begin to feel a little less tired around mid pregnancy, and that good period will probably last a 2 - 3 months for most women carrying to term. Good luck to you, and congratulations!

this is normal.
the back aches are caused by the weight you are carrying.
being tired and lazy are symptoms that appear with pregnancy.your body is going thru big changes in hormones , metabolism, etc.pamper yourself by resting, lying down , whatever you feel like doing till the baby is born. you will go back to your normal self in no time.

I will take a tummy soreness any day. I hate head aches you can not pay attention. But the one tommy soreness i would not wish to have once more was once while i used to be having an appendicitis assault.

Totally normal.

try doing cat backs to stretch and work those muscles and joints. Swimming is GREAT for this reason, and for pregnancy. You can also go to the chiropractor.
