can i not be pregnant but have almost all the syptoms...-vomitting,constipated,hadaches,tired,back pain,light/dizzy spells,but still having my period.Could it be one big coinicdnce that thevomitting \/nausia started 2 weeks after sex?

You CAN be pregnant and have a regular period... its just NOT a good thing usually. When I was 15, I got pregnant and had a regular period for 4 months. At which point I miscarried, but I had no reason to think that I was pregnant. The only time I had sex prior to my miscarriage was 4 months before. Its entirely possible, it wasn't just bleeding or spotting. I had all the PMS to go with it. It just wasn't PMS. It was hormones from pregnancy. Go to the doctor ASAP and figure out what's going on!

Sounds like you have the flu or a stomach virus. You can't ever be pregnant and have a regular period, although you can have bleeding, which is a sign of trouble. With all those symptoms, please, go to a doctor. You need medication.

you can still have a period even when your pregnant, I had similar symptons really thought I was pregnent it turned out to be VERTIGO. You need to go see your gynocologist right away, yahoo, is not your best source of medical care.
