It's probably your mucous plug!! I lost mine and went labor that day, but it can still take a week or so. At least your on your way!
You may lose the plug of mucus that has tightly sealed the inside of your uterus from the vagina. This mucous plug looks like a big glob of slime and is usually brownish in color. Most women notice it on toilet paper or in their panties. This does not necessarily mean you will begin labor immediately, it is just one of the stepping stones. When labor is about to begin, women will often notice a small amount of bright red bleeding, much less than the bleeding with a period but certainly noticeable and it may require a panty liner.

You are losing your mucus plug. It is perfectly normal at this stage. There is more to come than what you just had though so be aware of that. You are preparing to have your little miracle within the very near future. This is just a sign that you have started dilating. Congratulations and make sure your hospital bag is packed and ready.

Sounds like your mucous plug! Completely normal. It usually looks like snot, kind of. This is just the mucous that protects the opening to your uterus while you're pregnant. It means your cervix is starting to dilate :)

Mucous plug most likely. Labor can be still be minutes away or weeks.

Give your doctor's office a call and report that you lost the plug to the nurse. They'll want to know about it.
