My Girlfriend is wondering if she can be pregnant, is she?

Me and my girlfriend had sex last saturday just at the end of her period (it started the sunday before). Her normal cycle is 22-24 days or so. THe condom broke that day, but 25 hours later she took the morning after pill. Yesterday morning she noticed spotting, its normal color and it seemed to get heavier as the day went and is continuing this morning. Could this be inplantation bleeding or did the pills just mess up her cycle?

The pills most likely upset her cycle. She can get pregnant any day of the month, regardless of period time, length of cycle or any other factor. The fact remains that women do not cycle like the tide.

Your GF could be Pg. but chances are good that she is not. #1 timeing was off. #2, she took the morning after pill. Don't freek out . : )

Probably just the pills. But we can't tell you for sure. She has to find out the old-fashioned way - a pregnancy test if she misses her period - just like everyone else.

p.s. it's too early for the pregnancy test though, she has to wait a while longer to be sure of its accuracy

the morning after pill is like a medical abortion. if she did get pregnant the pill will make her abort/miscarry. the bleeding or even clotting would be the lining of the uterus that forms when you are pregnant.

if she took the morning after pill she might have been pregnant before but shes not anymore.

Im sure it was the pills. She wouldn't have implantation bleeding that soon.
