Just curious, when a mother is pregnant with quadruplets, does it always result in a C-section? Or are there times where she may (for some reason) deliver them naturally? I've heard of twins being born naturally, but I don't know about quadruplets...

My distant relative (had quads in the 50s) and my friend (had quads in the 80s) both had their babies naturally. Today, all quads, with rare exceptions, are delivered by C-section as the threat of loss during labor is fairly high. Triplets (if all are head down) are still often delivered naturally, particularly in CA.
