Yea I had them really bad too. I started getting them as early as 4 months with my first pregnancy. Towards the end they looked reddish/ purple and some even bled a little. With my second pregnancy I didn't think I would get new ones...well I was right about that part. HOwever the old ones got bigger and longer. A few stretch marks even reached the upper part of my abdomen...close to my boobs!! My body has not been the same. But I guess that's a small price to pay to have babies. I tried cocoa butter, shea butter, baby oil, all kinds of lotions and creams...and nothing worked for me. But everyone's body is different. Don't feel bad...a lot of us pregnant women get the horrid stretch marks.

with my first son, i got stretch marks on my chest, my thighs, and every place in between. i got them bad....some of them are an inch wide. 27 weeks into my second pregnancy now and i don't know if i have gotten any new stretch marks because of the simple fact that i wouldn't be able to tell anyhow bc my body is already so covered in them that one more would not be noticeable!!! stretch marks are one of the down sides of pregnancy...but when i look at my son, and think about the baby on the way....stretch marks are a minor price to pay to have happy healthy little angels!!

Arrrh don't worry yourself hun, I was really worried about getting stretch marks and I got to 33 weeks without getting any and then I got a couple on my hip, at 38 weeks the ones on my tummy appeared, they are quite bad but only on one side - where the baby is lying. I thought I would be devastated but I actually couldn't care less, the way I see it is my baby gave me those marks so I'm not going to hate them, it's proof that my body has made a baby which is a wonderful thing. So try to look on the positive side. I got very bad stretchmarks on my legs and bum when I was a teenager and now you can barely see them, so they do fade. Once you have your baby in your arms you won't care about them.

Baby, my boobies look like bloated prunes. I didnt know so many stretch marks could fit in one area. They showed up over night literally. I think I was about... 27 weeks or so?
Just keep your skin moisturized. Palmers cocoa butter works great. The more moist your skin is the easier it stretches, which will limit the scarring. IT wont stop it, but it will make it much much less.
Personally, I decided to be proud of my marks. Look at those skinny assed models... they have nothing but their skinny assed bodies that will some day sag and wrinkle. I have a body that produced and sustained human life. Thats something Iam willing to have scars over.

I certainly got my fair share, though only on my stomach area. I guess no bikinis for me, though I never even wore one before I was pregnant! I knew what I was in for though, before I even got pregnant, because when I went through puberty and my boobs got bigger, I got a few then, so I knew that I'd be getting some during pregnancy, though I never thought as many as I did get! Oh well, it's definitely all worth it, since my son is so incredibly wonderful and I wouldn't trade him for anything!

I got them bad enough! T have them on my love handles and on my boobs and on the bottom of my stomach, also on teh top of my theighs. I tried all the fancy expensive streatch mark cream and nothin got rid of them. The only thing that I found to help with them is 1. Time- they do fade somewhat. and 2. Tanning. If I keep a tan then they are less noticeable.

lol im waiting for that to happen to me im so scared. Ive heard that drinking alot of water helps as it makes the skin elasticy, cocoa butter helps a tiny bit too. Well hey at least you can always get lazer surgery to get rid of the stretch marks so all is not lost!
