i have been reading a few questions tonight and been looking at new baby and pregnancy ones, there are a lot of women out there who are really truly anxious and looking for a few words of support and advice, only to be told really horrible things. i think it is a downright cruel thing to do. surely earning 2 points is no excuse for being nasty and causing obvious upset to someone who is already upset and in turmoil.

sorry, just wanted to say how disgusting i think it is. i hope you agree, although there will be those who say anything to get the points!!!

some people get their kicks from being obnoxious to others. Basically, they're life's attention seekers & bullies. if they say anything really extreme or offensive, then don't feel guilty about reporting them. i know i certainly don't. if they want to be that nasty then they must accept the consequences of their actions.

don't get me wrong, i do have a sense of humour, and i believe in the freedom of speech, but some people are just nasty because they get a kick out of it.

i totally agree! Most people are helpful but you always get one idiot who really puts something annoying and hurtful especially when a topic is so personal. I myself had asked a serious and hearfelt question on pregnancy i got a few good helpful answers but i knew there would be the odd fool or waste of time to say something horrible. It really hurt. They obviously have nothing better to do, than put in their nasty snide comments. society today is good only a few spoil it, no doubt there will be some idiot who has something snide to say about this. For the sake of some points. Well sorry get a life. the old saying. If you cant say something nice then dont say nothing at all!

If there were more points for insulting or hurting someone I could see your view; however answering kindly or nastily result in the same point accumulation.

I try to answer honestly. I make no judgment unless I sense something and then I just point out what I see or assume.

People always say: Well at least I am being honest.. whenever they say something cruel. I have always laughed at this. Being honest does not have to be cruel. I happen to know that I've said things to people that they did not like; however they respected my position because of the way it was said.

Tact. Is something NOT all people have; however the educated ones that are able to be truthful without being cruel are usually the ones that most people trust and seek out for advice.

Thank you for pointing this out.

I wish you well!

i agree some questons are really stupid and deserve stupid answers but some are serious i think people do know though if the post a question they may get idiots giving stupid answers so i dont think they will be too bothered as its to be expected as for mudbutt whatever the name was id take no notice your not complaining just making an observation. i expect she the sort of person to answer a question just to piont out someones spelling and grammar mistakes when there is no need ive prob made a few on here but people like that think they are clever to spell cheak for you because they cant actually answer any of the questions cause thy have no brains!!!!!

I'm thinking Ren Brown is really an adolescent boy with nothing better to do than bother pregnant women. I think if a woman has a question she should still ask it. Obviously we might run into some a.sshole that has no buisiness answering the question but don't let it bother you. Yeah the "am I pregnant' questions are a little annoying, but we have all been there at one time in our lives.

i have been on quite a few sites and noticed the same thing, the trouble is no matter what site you go on you will always get the trouble makers and cruel people, just out to hurt and upset others. The best thing is to ignore these people completely.

I completely agree...however....some of the questions are bizzar and obviously fake, I dont like that. But I do agree that when people really come on here looking for advice and answers should be treated with respect and not be judged. But I can't say I'm not going to be nasty to someone who writes a post just saying "ive had 25 abortions". They need to get a life.

I totally agree with the above i get annoyed with them that say am i pregnant but i always reply back a polite answer.

Some people are here for points(god only knows why)
Some are here for help
Some are here to help others

Either way there is no need for rudeness and i think them that are should be booted from the site

Still 5 years ago when internet was not that cheap thing of today people here we use to have a real funny, good, entertained and constructive time, unfortunately now with the cheap broadband anybody uses it, so they had finally converted the magical virtual world in just a simple representation of the mediocrity of the real one.

When they can hide behind a computer screen they grow balls that they don't have in real life. These are usually very unhappy, low self esteemed individuals that most likely are picked on or made fun of and this is the way they can fight back...by attacking strangers.

Plus, there's always the answers from kids on here that have no clue what they are talking about. They just want to be "noticed".
