Women have to worry about not being raped, abused, and used, we have to go 9 months carrying a child that may not even make it while we suffer sideaffects of your bust sizes shrinking, our hips get wider, we get stretch marks, we suffer sickness such as in vomiting all the freaken time, then have our monthly cycles that we are forced to deal with for the rest of our lives until we're like late in our 40's suffering from horrible cramps then we have manopause and breast cancer, and the sex hurts the women while guys just have their sick fantasy pleasure all day, men treat us like sex toys, expect us to be home and have dinner ready when they come home, we dont have much rights, we're nothing but baby machines to some men.

Men just get to lie around being all relax, they dont have to worry about nothing, they always get what they want, i think its not fair, we are taken for granted and men dont care at all!!!

My wife was due with our first child and then our second in late Decembers - two year apart.

But when it looked like she was going to be late, I told the doctor to induce labor on Dec. 31, and have the child born on that day, so I could get a full income tax exemption that year for each child. (In one case we had to kind of fudge the time by saying the child was born at !1:57 p.m.).

These exemptions got us about a $5,000 deduction which we wouldn't have had.

Now are kids are asking how come they have the same birthday.

Was I wrong?

I missed 2 pills in week one-one on day 1 and one on day 3. I took 2 on Day 2 and 4 to make up. It was the week after my periods. I've been on pills for 6 months now. Can I get pregnant? We've been sexually active with no additional protection. When should I do a home pregnancy test?

First off, I am one of those people who loved being pregnant. But my husband and I are very happy with the two perfect children we have and have both agreed we are done. A friend of mine is going to be looking for a surrogate and deep down I really want to do it. When I mentioned it to my husband he freaked out, but I don’t think he completely understands. I requested literature about it and hope to sit down with him to better explain. I want him to see that we would be giving these people the joy our kids have brought to us. I really want to help her, and as long as it’s her egg and his sperm, I’ll be fine with giving it up. Side note… we could also use the money. Is that bad? And should I let it go right away if my husband disagrees?

My husband works alot and I'm always home alone. I was wondering if having a baby would feel the void I feel. I don't really want a child since I'm hoping to become an actress and I'm in college but I'm really tired of not having anyone to talk to at home. Does having a child help?

We have discussed having a baby and are planning on doing it but he keeps finding reasons to put it off another month. I know he's just nervous but I'm getting frustrated. A family member suggested I go ahead and start trying. It usually takes at least 3 months for conception once a woman has quit taking the pill so I feel like I have 3 months to prepare him. We already have one and have been married for 10 years. I know he wants this and will love a baby but I feel like wrong hiding it even for a month. Should I continue to wait or listen to family?

my bff's husband may not be the biological father of her child and he is aware of it. he married her when she was pregnant, put his name on the birth certificate and gave the child his last name. he agreed to raise the child as his own and has done so since birth. he has never asked her for a paternity test.

my bff caught him cheating and is now divorcing him, he now says he will ask for a paternity test and not pay any support if the child is not his, even after he has raised the child from birth. what will the court do? will they do a paternity test? and if it happens the child is not his isn't there somekind of law that will make him pay for the child since he has claimed it as his from birth and supported both the mother and child? also will he get visitation if the child is not his?

i think he should pay, it is the same as someone adopting a child just without the paperwork. people who adopt have to pay child support.

Did you make a belly cast when you were pregnant? If so...?
how is it currently being displayed or stored? I've been considering making one but am thinking I probably won't because I can't imagine actually having the room to display it... and think it would probably just sit around collecting dust. Where, honestly, is yours now if you did have it done?

All of my friends talked about creating shadow boxes or hanging theirs on the walls, etc. But now they're just sitting, some unpainted, in their garages... taking up space and collecting dust.

Thoughts?

I read where people who are against abortion say "Religion didn't decide when life began, science did ." . The point was that science determined that life begins during a woman's pregnancy, but that was years ago, and I'm vague on the details . When DOES science say life begins ?

We're getting closer!! The c-section date is set for next Thursday (Sept. 6) and we are getting excited!

During my first pregnancy, I was in labor for 24 hours and had an emergency c-section. Obviously I know what the epidural will feel like, but everything else (not being rushed) will be new.

Any advice?

I'm getting my hair cut this weekend for the big day; I want to look good in the pictures! My mom is coming down on Wednesday to stay with our son as my husband and I head to the hospital at 5:30 AM.

But...any advice? Could I bring a book? Get a pedicure? What?

Like I said--we're gettin excited, but I am getting very anxious. I want my body back!! :-)

i kind of need to vent here. my husband works a labor job where he moves furniture and drives a truck. he seems to think that even when he gets home from work he shouldnt have to do as much to take care of our son as me since im "just home all day". our son is 4 months old. i dont know how to get it through to him that its not easy being home taking care of a baby 24/7 and that i dont just sit around all day relaxing. today for example, he went to work at 730 am, drove for 3 1/2 hrs, worked for about 3 hrs labor and will drive for another 3 1/2 hrs home. on his way home hes now decided to go to a skate park to ride his bmx bike for a while and this makes me angry because he brought our car to work this morning because the baby didnt sleep well last night and i couldnt drag myself out of bed to drive him there at 7 am. so, not only can i not go anywhere or get anything done for longer and im home taking care of our son while hes out having a good time. i never get to just go out and
