What are the specifics? Are there any time restraints (trimesters) at all?

There is some variance from state to state.

In most states, women can have an abortion at a clinic until 14-16 weeks, after that, a hospital due to higher risk of complications. Many, if not most states regulate abortions after 24-26 weeks. In my state, for instance, which is fairly liberal, last year there was a single abortion after 26 weeks, so it isn't all that common and generally involves a fetus that has a very poor medical outcome.

In general, women under 18 typically have to have parental permission or seek a court order if they want an abortion.

I dont think any state is able to have late term abortions (after the 3rd trimester) and plus its just wrong to have an abortion that late in the pregnancy anyways... I hope this helped!

Depends on the state. Here in California you can get for any reason upto 24 weeks, and insurance covers it.
