I had sex almost 2 weeks ago , I did a EPT about a week ago. will those EPT test work if I got pregnant a week before I did the pregnancy test? I missed my period this time. My periods normally come on time every month... When should I do another pregnancy test?

She claims that she has a hard enough time with one. I don't think so, I think she is a great mom and a great wife. I just don't want my daughter to grow up without a sibiling and I also would like to try for a boy. I know , one cant predict that, but I do feel like I could handle sleepless nights again for awhile.

Is there any way besides physically writing it on my shirts to express to people that they don't need to be touching my pregnant belly? I mean, people don't even ask, it's like a magnet going from their hand to my belly. I get pretty weirded out by it, especially when it is not someone I am close with, and want to bite their hands off. I hate to be rude, but I guess I am.

My daughter is now almost 2 months old, and she was conceived from rape by my ex boyfriend. I never reported it, however I do have emails where he admits to doing so. He moved states away, but when I had my daughter he moved back. I have allowed him to see her, but he is getting very creepy. He calls several times a day, randomly shows up at my house, is outside my house and doesn't even tell me... and he tells people we are together even though we aren't. He is completely obsessed. When I was still pregnant he threatened to kill me and kidnap my child, I have a text message to prove that. He was also physically abusive in our relationship, and I have emails to prove that as well. He also has been seeing a counselor whom he has told all of those things to.
He is not on her birth certificate And I don't want him around her anymore... Is it possible to get full custody of her, and to get a restraining order?
Thanks for your help.

My favorite teacher is my spanish teacher and she is pregnate. I wanted to have a surprize baby shower for her. She has the classroom we are in only for periods 1-3 and im in her 3rd period then Mrs. Heartz switches rooms with her. I asked Mrs. Heartz if she can call my spanish teacher Mrs. Herrera out of the room for 2 min so me and Ashley can run accross the hall to Mrs. Paul's room and bring in the Baloons and the cupcake we want o get her. Then the rest of the kids will set up while I keep watch and then when Mrs. herrera comes in the whole class will yell "Surprize, Congradulations!" and stuff. Sounds exciting but I dont know what else to do or how to tell the class because they are kind of blabber mouths and i need it to be perfict. Please help?! Thanks.

My husband & I have a two year old daughter together. How do I insure she would not go to certain people if we were both to die before she turned 18? Can my husband over rule what I may have wanted if I were to die first?

Hello! I need some help w/an issue that is driving my husband and i apart. We are a family of 5, soon to be 6, in a small home. My husbands 2 Weimaraners also live IN the home. The male is 104 lbs, the female 85. I want the dogs to be outside dogs, my husband says it is WHITE TRASH to have dogs in your backyard! Then why were kennels and dog houses created? It is unfair to me, because having them in the house is like having 2 extra kids. I am a stay at home Mom, so they are with me all day every day. They take up limited space, and get no excersize, except for 1/2 hr. a day supervised outside. (No fence yet, either!) They are almost 1 1/2 yrs. old and driving me crazy! My husband refuses to move them outside. He says he will take the dogs over me any day, and that I can move out! I do not want 2 giant dogs in my house when the new baby comes! How am i being unreasonble? I'm also stuck with their crates in my living room. He says we'll get a fence, but they'll still live inside. Advice?

I was listening to the radio at work and heard an advertisement for Essure. It's a relatively new form of permanent birth control for women. I'm doing the research and have a consultation appointment to find out more. I'm wondering if anyone else has heard of this or has had it done or knows anyone that has had it done. I'ld like to consider this as an option. I'm 36, single mother of 4. my oldest is 16 and my youngest is 8. I seriously don't think i need or want any more children. My doctor wouldn't do the tubal surgery at the time my youngest was born due to complications. So I think this is a good alternative since it is not surgical. So any feed back would be wonderful. And if there are horror stories I need them too. You cannot be to informed. Thanks.

I had a baby about 5 1/2 months ago and have been breastfeeding exclusively. I have been on a mini-pill but missed a few days. My smell has heightened and I have been feeling sick. Also, my baby has been sleeping through the night for the past month or two so my breastfeeding schedule has changed. Is it possible that I could be pregnant even though I haven't had a period yet?

We live in the Midwest and have always prefered heated leather seats. But with a baby on the way, we were wondering if we should switch to cloth seats on our next car to ease clean-up. Any experienced parents with suggestions? Thx!

Did anyone watch this drama? My nephew has been diagnosed with autism & ADHD. A friend of mine told me that although she hadnt seen this play, It was based on a true story of how a dog helped a child suffering from these conditions. I have been onto a website for 'Hartswood Films', but would like any other links or views from someone who watched it & any info on getting it on dvd please?
Thanks Jayne

My husband & I have been married for 7 years and been together for 11 years. There has never been any animosity between us. We are expecting our first child this year and their first Grandchild and we expected them to shower us with offers of buying cot/pram/pushchair etc etc. Everything you need for a new born. Anyway, they haven't and we think they should have at least offered some help. They are not short of money and neither are we but we just expected some financial help.
My husband is an only child so its not like they have had to fork out for any other siblings.
Do you think we should just come out and ask them outright??
