Firstly, happy birthday. It's really normal to be feeling anxious, especially if it's your first pregnancy. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. The doctor would have said if there was.
There is usually some sort of ache or other from that area all throughout your pregnancy. Wait until you are at full term - you'll be begging for a rest!
Your next appointment is only a few days away. Make sure you are eating properly, not drinking (even if it is your birthday) and having plenty of rest/not overreaching yourself. Ask the midwife/doctor next time you see them about any worries and I am sure they will reassure you.
Now, get ready and go out and enjoy your birthday. This time next year you will have to arrange a babysitter before you go so make the most of it now. Good luck and stop worrying!

125 beats per min is within normal heart range for a baby (can be between 110-160 beats per min). Some ladies can get aches and pains as the womb grows due to ligaments stretching. Take it easy and as long as you dont bleed, dont worry. Keep your appointment on the 11th and you may get clearer picture of baby. Just relax and enjoy pregnancy. Happy birthday.

Dont be too alarmed. If you are pregnant I would guess that your body will be going thru a few changes right now & maybe causing a few unusual pains etc here & there. Relax take things easy but if in doubt dont leave things too long, if you think somethings not quite right go back to the doctor.... he would rather you did, than not & it will also put your mind at rest. Oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Try to relax, drink lots of fluids and be careful. As long as the pain doesn't intensify you should be in the clear, if you notice any sharp pains or bleeding get yourself to the hospital a.s.a.p. once you are past the first trimester you should be able to relax a little bit. Good Luck and Happy Birthday

Most women do have systs in the bisining of there pregnancy, the cysts helps the baby in some way I can't remember exactly what. But it's totally normal. I had pain in my abdomen. Just think your uterus is growing, and moving everything out of the way it may cause a little discomfort. Don't worry unless you started bleeding.

I am assuming that this is your first pregnancy? the pain you are feeling is probably your ligaments stretching. Basically your uterus is growing to allow room for the baby. If the pain is too bad or you experiance some bleeding, no matter how small, I would call your doctor asap.
Happy birthday and Congrats!

im sorry im not quite sure what you mean when you say it sounds like a cyus but when you pregant some people do get some abdominal discomfort like period cramps its just your body adjusting to being pregnant but if your worried you should go to your doctors sooner dont wait for your appointment because the worry will drive you mad and the stress isn't good for you or your baby.

Your best bet would be to stay calm and call the Dr.
They might want to see you again just to reassure you that everything is ok. Having lost a child myself I know it's a hard thing to go thru. Your best bet to call the Dr's and see what they say. It might just be nerves as you want this to happen better safe then sorry. Happy Birthday!
