The jello has to be mixed in with the whip cream frosting for cakes so it doesn't get watery and melt into the cake making it soggy. You can find it anywhere smart&final is one place or your local baking supply store. goodluck:)

I would mix the cake mix as read on the box, bake and remove when fork inserted comes out clean...while cake is cooling make the pudding *instant or on the stove*. after pudding is finished take the cake and place it upside down onto a plate of some sort and cut through the middle...take the top part of the cake and place it aside...then take your pudding and pour it or scoop it into the middle where u cut and spread it evenly...place the top back onto the cake and frost it as desired...have fun!!

maybe just mix the cake mix as directed and pour half the batter into the pan and bake it half the time only do it twice (for two layers) and then take out, cool, pour mixed pudding on to cake and then lay the 2nd layer of cake on top?
