I'm not sure if I'm pregnant, I have a 20month old and the other day i squezed my nipple and milk came out and this is the first time this has happened sence I had my baby. Can you produce milk without being pregnate, or is there a chance I can be pregnate. I also been off the shot for two months.

It is not milk. It is colostrum, and yes you can produce it without being pregnant. You can also have discharge if there are bigger more serious problems. I would make a doctors appt., just in case. I went to my gyno, and was told it was normal, but that was me. I would recommend calling your doc and having it checked out.

Usually your milk does not come in until a couple of days after the baby is delivered. Because you already had one, you body might be reacting to a change in hormones.

dear i produced milk for years after my daughter was born. so this is not sign that you are pregnant. it is hormonal adjustment. It can take months to years for hormones to get right after the birth of a child for some women.

Better see your doctor. First of all, why are you taking foolish chances? You want to get back on your birth control as soon as possible. One small child is plenty to keep you busy, without adding to it. Fluid from your nipple could be from something else, so get checked right away. Who will take care of you if you don't? Best wishes

The milk may still be there from after giving birth to your toddler.
See your OB/GYN.

Women can lactate without ever being pregnant...Its a natrual thing.

It might just be hormones acting up they do that sometimes......especially when you mess with doses on that kinda struff
