I'm thinking of being an aupair /nanny for a family with with 5 children a set of two years old quadruplets and a 5 month old girl I'm going to be living in there home with my own bedroom and bath and car I was wondering what should I charge them a week I'm also a college student

Seeing how they are giving all of that, but that is a lot of work you are going to have to do. I think you have to be fair on both ends with the price I would say $250.00 -$300.00 a week. good luck

Well daycare cost roughly 70-100 dollars a child for a full 5 days, 8 hours. So im guessing with the fact you'll be living in home, maybe 100-200...I mean that would be 350 5 kids in daycare just 5 days a week.

That's a lot of kidos and some very nice perks. I would say $250 a week that's half of what they would spend in day care for a week at 100 a kid.
You also have to factor in that you are getting a room, bath, car, insurance for car, and meals.

Au Pairs generally make about $250 per week no matter how many kids. With the car and everything you're already getting an awesome deal.

If you are getting free room and board, and a car, then I don't think you can ask for much more, since that will save you about $1500 a month. Maybe $100 a week cash.

It depends where you live. The standard of living varies from place to place. I would take no less the $600 a week.

do you have to do any house cleaning or duties besides taking care of the kids? if it is only taking care of the kids then maybe 500. since it is soo many kids.
