My son is 3 months old and it was rought for the both of us when he was born. He spent 4 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and I was on antibiotics, pain killers, and iron for the same amount of time. By day 4 we just wanted to get out of there and even though I had said yes and signed the paper work for the circumcsion, it wasn't done. Should I ask my pediatrician or is it too late?

I am assuming daycares, and family do NOT want to deal with the cloth diapers, right? And so, for me ( I will be a stay at home mom for 6 months), is it more cost efficient to go with disposables?

My daughter already has her two central bottom teeth. She's been crying for weeks and I assumed it was teething pain and rubbed orajel on the upper gums in the center where I expected that pair of teeth to cut through....it never seemed to give her any relief. Today, I notice a white cap coming through, except it isn't one of her middle upper teeth, it is the one of the teeth that are next to the middle teeth. She only has one though. I thought that teeth usually cut in pairs and usually in a specific sequence( such as the bottom central pair, then the top central pair). It is just not the case for my daughter. Has anyone ever heard of this? Is this something I should be concerned about or am I being overly worried? Is this something that can cause more future problems with her teeth such as over-crowding, etc.? Any opinions would be helpful! Thanks in advance!

I went crib shopping today and picked out the one I wanted. I really like it and so does my husband. But then my dad got me second guessing myself because it does not have a drop down side. I was in a car accident a few years ago and have some minor shoulder issues and he is worried that not having a side that drops down is going to be a problem. He's concerned I'll have to reach in too far to pick the baby up.

So for those of you who have cribs without a drop down side - is this a problem for you? Do you notice you have to strain at all to pick up the baby? I can't decide what to do now.

I was at the abortion clinic today with my boyfriend, and at the last minute I backed out of the procedure. Mainly because I was scared that I would regret my decision, the procedure would be painful (they use a metal contraption to dialate the cervix), and I do not want to become infertile. I know the chances of me becoming infertile are very rare.. but I do not have any kids and I would love to have kids in the future when I am ready.
reasons for my confusion:
1. I am a law student do not want to delay my studies and I want to graduate on time. I am not sure if I can still go to class 8 months pregnant and the baby will be due around finals. Is it possible to have a baby and still prepare for finals?
2. Although I will be getting married to my boyfriend, we are both not financially prepared. I am a student and he is recovering from student loans.
3. I am 26 years old and that is not too young to have a baby. I plan to have a kid in two years or so anyway. what should I do?

My son is 6 months old and my doctor gave me motrin but I am not 100% sure I can drink this while breastfeeding. Other doctors have told me only tylenol.

My son, who is now 7 months, have never slept thru the night. The first couple months he woke frequently to eat (breastfed). I then changed to bottle at 3 months; at 3-5 months he would only get up once or twice. But the last couple months he's getting 3-4 times (just crying, not hungry)!! It's been awful. So we're so tired all the time. I've done every suggestion possible from increasing his food/formula, less naps during the day, keeping him up later, EVERYTHING and nothing works. Do some babies just never sleep thru the night?

I'm worried about how he'll adjust when I return to work.

Any advice?

Given the serious consequences of a peanut allergy, how do I introduce peanuts to a baby? My 16 month old bub had a diary allergy that she has outgrown, but we think she now has a tuna allergy. I'm not in a hurry to give her peanuts, but would rather the trial occured under my supervision than accidentally in someone else's care.
Any thoughts? Currently my paranoia has it in a a hospital waiting room just in case!

My friends son only drinks two ounces every 2 - 3 hrs. I don't think that is enough but I don't have children. She never gets any sleep and is constantly feeding him. Is this normal? He isnt on breastmilk either. Thanks
