Nothing seems to fill me...I don't want to gain anymore weight.. In fact I have 10 more lbs to lose. Did any other moms have this problem, if so what did you do/eat to satisfy you?

My 8month old niece is learning to walk and she pulls up on everything, she pulled up on the entertainment system while I was looking for her pacifier... I didnt leav her unattended we were in the same room I had my back turned for maybe a se, but anyway she fell and bumped her head on the floor, Im really worried, because shes sleepy and Im afraid to let her go to sleep, when is it safe for me to allow her to sleep?

I am very paranoid about my daughter sleeping on her stomach. I put her to sleep on her back and I check on her frequently through the night and always find her on her side or her stomach. I worry about her suffocating in her sleep when she rolls over like this. I always reposition her to her back when i see this. I was using a sleep positioner to keep her from turning over, but she rolled right out of it. Am i over-paranoid? Help!!!

He is 6 months and quite often he wakes from his naps in real distress and it takes some time for him to calm down.He sobs even if he goes back to sleep.Afterwards he is absolutely fine smiling etc.He has done this from birth and we first thought it could be colic, although that should have passed at his age and I don't think that is what it is now.
Generally he is a happy, well baby and its quite upsetting for us to see him so upset for no apparent reason.
Anybody had this problem.

My baby is 10 mths old and has a cough and runny nose. Hes drinking about 20-26 ounces a day. When hes not sick he drinks way more. Is it normal for them to drink less when they are sick and will it affect him?

Would you rather have an older cousin attend your baby shower without a present or not attend at all?

I am the older cousin and I am planning to bring a present at the hospital...

My 12-week old has been stuggling for 6 weeks with VERY frequent spit-up and constipation. At about 8 weeks old he started screaming/crying more frequently (colic???). My husband and I are pulling our hair out trying to soothe him, but NOTHING works! For the constipation we have him on a prescription stool softener every day (1/2 tsp. in one bottle/day)and have still had to give suppositories! For the spit-up we've tried everything: different formulas, different positions, different bottles. We have not yet tried Enfamil's Nutrimigen, but we think that will be our only option. And for the colic, we hold him...CONSTANTLY! We do feel that if the constipation and spit-up were gone, he wouldn't be so fussy...but we're running out of ideas! Our doctor basically told us to try everything we could to help soothe him and if nothing works, then she'll refer us to a specialist...we just want to make sure we've explored ALL of our options before resorting to surgeries,etc...HELP US!!!
