im sure its fine. did you notice blood? uneaven dilation of the eyes? blood from nose or ears? did she throw up more than twice? did she get sleepy in the 5 min after? if no to these than it is ok. just keep an eye on her for a bit while she sleeps. my son hits his head a lot. they can take more than you think. relax, it happens alot.

First of all, I'm not a doctor, but they recommend to take them to a Dr. if she is vomiting, loosing consciousness, or seems really confused. I have a 16 month old and she has bonked her head many times. If she does go to sleep, then try waking her a couple of times during the night just to make sure she is ok. It might just be her nap time anyway. Another thing, obviously if she is bleeding from her ears or nose or is really just inconsolable then call your doctor or just go to the ER.

Babies generally are able to take pretty good conks on the head without risk of concussion. Unless she begins to exhibit some symptoms of concussion, such as listlessness, vomiting, change in sleeping and eating patterns, or unusual irritability or crankiness, than she is probably just fine. All babies learning to walk take a fair amount of spills and get their share of bumps on the head. It is fine to let her go to sleep if she is tired, but watch her for anything unusual.

Afer a head trauma a kid falls asleep really fast. It is important that you keep her awake for a little while. If she vomits get her to the E.R. It is probably a smart idea to keep her awake for a bit and really watch her. You may need to take her to the hospital.

Don't mess with this one. Get her to an ER, now, and have her examined. Let the experts answer this question.

Don't let yourself feel really, really guilty about this one. You can watch kids closely, but you can't keep them from exploring and you can't keep them from hurting themselves. You provide a safe environment for them, but if you try to keep them from exploring, keep them from making mistakes, they'll never learn and they'll never develop any amount of self-confidence.

As I said, get her to an ER to be examined. Call her parents, tell; then what happened, and have them meet you there. They trust with her care, and getting her to an ER is part of that care.

Yes but after she is deep asleep try to wake her and see if she wakes. If not then you need to take her to the ER.
Hope that helps.
