We have a very healthy and active 1 year old daughter. Our feeling from the day of her birth has been that she sleeps less than other infants. Also, she doesn't sleep until 10 or 11 at night, although she is not hungry and we maintain perfect silence in our home after 8:30 in the evening. Recently some friends told us that if small children don't sleep until very late at night, some brain related problems may arise when they become adults (we couldn't understand well, as our friend was speaking in Japanese). Do we need to worry about this? Is not sleeping of our daughter until very late some kind of disease or problem?
We will be very grateful to your suggestions.
