We have a very healthy and active 1 year old daughter. Our feeling from the day of her birth has been that she sleeps less than other infants. Also, she doesn't sleep until 10 or 11 at night, although she is not hungry and we maintain perfect silence in our home after 8:30 in the evening. Recently some friends told us that if small children don't sleep until very late at night, some brain related problems may arise when they become adults (we couldn't understand well, as our friend was speaking in Japanese). Do we need to worry about this? Is not sleeping of our daughter until very late some kind of disease or problem?
We will be very grateful to your suggestions.

yes, she is. Autism is now 1:150 according to the CDC. I truly believe vaccines caused my daughters autism. Please watch new mom's and learn. Educate before you vaccinate!

I am trying to decide if I shall go with a Black or a Dark Blue Baby Backseat for my child or even if I should think about a light color such as beige ore something. I live in Mexicali, Mexico. A place where the heat, even though it's dry, can go up to 120 degrees in plain summer and the sun rays are pretty damn strong between 11:00 AM thru 7:00PM ... I was wondering if I should really care abour the color since the seat will be inside the car ...

I have a 9 month old that doesn't really eat solid foods. She doesn't take the same amount of milk that she used to, but won't eat much either. If she eats she will only try 2 or 3 kinds of foods. I try to give her more choices and varieties of food, but I am at a loss on how to get her to eat. She was 5 lbs. at birth and is on the small side now. Help me please.

He has been teething since he was 4 months old. He has just 1 bottom tooth poking through. Its just the ridges visably showing right now. I was wondering how long does it take for the whole tooth to finally get through? Is there a rapid procession of other teeth or do they just pop in when they feel like it? Thank you!!

This is a girl that I work with who doesnt like to listen to anyone other than herself about what is right. I tried telling her the AAP recommendations and she still disagreed.

I really hate breastfeeding. I've tried pumping and giving it in bottles. My breasts hurt and it's so much trouble. But I'd feel guilty by giving formula.
