Sarah. Keep in mind... Elizabeth will be shortened by others to Beth. Rebecca will end up Becky. Katherine could be Kathy or Kat. Rachael would probably stay the same and Sarah would definitely stay the same. That's what we had to consider when naming our child... what it could possibly change to by others. Good Luck... all lovely names though!

I like Rebecca the best, since your name is Sarah, it would not be wise to give that name to your baby, it would get really confusing!

My personal favourite is Sandra. But since i am of asian-indian origin, i dont think our choices will match. I think you can keep Rachael. Its not as common as the others are. You may also try something like Mississippi. Its uncommon and would definitely attract attention.
