My 10 month old son, sleeps in his own crib. He has never slept through the night. Since birth he has always got up every 4-6 hours, until this day he is the same way. Like clock work he is up @ 3:30 a.m. Usually after drinking a bottle is goes right back to sleep. When he's put to bed he drinks about 6 oz. of Enfamil Lactofree Formula. I just thought by now he should be sleeping through the night. Any suggestions would help! Thank you!

We are out of town and my baby has a fever of 99.7 (taken rectal). Should I call her doctor or should I give her infant Tylenol and see if it goes down? She is only 8 lbs and was born at 35 weeks. Thanks.

She's coughing a lot and is cranky. For the past couple of nights she's had trouble sleeping. The Dr says she's showing some signs of the pneumonia and is on meds already.

I went out walking for about 20min in 47 degree weather. I did this with a 5 month old baby. But my baby was not wearing a hat, I held her hands to keep them warm. She was wearing a light shirt and a sweat shirt. Was I not keeping her warm enough. Should I make sure that she has a hat on when ever the temperature is below 60 degrees?

My 5 month old baby tends to crawl into a tummy position (which is a bit scary) in the middle of the night although I lay him on his back. How do I get him to stay on his back?

We recently decided on naming our new baby girl Erica and her last name will be Meyer. I thought Corynne would be a pretty middle name, but my other half thinks it sounds funny with Erica.
Hmmm...Got any better deas?
We tend to like classic but pretty/femminine sounding names and would like to stay away from the super trendy names(i.e Hailey or Jaden...etc.) nor the overly-used middlenames(i.e Ann, Marie, Lynn, Rose... etc.)

If it helps Mommy's name = Kirsten Martina Meyer
and Daddy's name = Dale Paul Meyer

My husband and I were informed by the doctor doing our son's circumcision that his penis was too small to have the operation performed at present. He told us to wait at least a year. Anybody ever been in the same situation? Typically how long do we need to wait until he's ready?

If so what does it look like and what meds did you used. I heard Lotrimin AF, Nystatin, or Monistat are some of them. Which one is the best?

Why did you decide to circumcise him, or why did you decide not to have it done? I am having a boy soon.

i'm being induced this monday, and i have a bad cold. i've been on antibiotics for a uti, so i know its not any type of infection, but its a bad head/chest cold. what do they do when you deliver and you have a cold? do you have to wear a mask when with the baby? this is the last thing a newborn needs, this is bad enough for me. what do they do when you have a baby and you're sick??

My son is 10 days old and Im breast feeding but Ive had to give him bottle aswell as it doesnt fill him up. He's hungry every 3 hours, so he has an hour on my breast, then when it hurts too much I fill him up with a bottle, and he'll drink between 3 and 4 ounces. Is this normal? Why does he need so long on the breast?

i have a six week old baby boy, who is already taking 6oz sma gold, every 4 to 5 hours, trouble is he never seems satisfied, ( this is my second child so i do know about babies seeming satisfied after feeds) I would like to know if any mums have given their babes sma white ( for hungrier babies) and if it works, i also thought about putting 3 scoops of gold and 3 scoops of white in each feed has anyone done this???? the reason i am asking is because my midwife recommended i keep him off the sma white for as long as possible as he would have nothing to move onto before weaning him at 6 months, even though i know i will wean him before as i did my daughter at 4 months..
